Recorded message to lower IRS tax debt in half.
ROBO call as I have no debt.
Tried to get to an operator to tell them to 'go to hell' but there was no operator to answer.
Block this illegal number - my phone is on Federal DNC list.

since it was my local area code, I answered it. it was clearly an auto-dial as it took a moment before the speaking started. "hi, this is Sarah, and I want to talk to you about your unpaid IRS ..." that is when I hung up. I only gave it a moment, but it could have been a live voice or a recording. I was angry at myself for answering an unknown number.
