Keeps call my fam. members and wont stock

Have asked them to take me off of their call list considering they have been calling for me for a week then started calling me about my boyfriend...which they still have yet to take me off their call list and will not give me information as to why he is calling

Actually if you tell him to cease and desist that is exactly what they have to do.

Called trying to get a hold of my mom that I no longer live with. After repeatedly asking him who he worked for and what his business was with my mom he hung up, stating that "only she can know that information." I then called back and told him "Well until you get a hold of her, I don't want you calling me." to which he told me he couldn't do that and would continue calling until she told him otherwise.
