I have been getting these same calls - - also threatening I will be picked up at work or at home because I owe money to 500 Fast Cash.  Says I owe almost $1000.  I can make two payments - - and want me to wire money through Western Union to a Jack Yates in Blountville, Alabama!!!!!  

They transferred me to their "accounting department" - - tried to make me believe their transferring the call by pressing a number on the phone twice -

Constant calls - - I'm blocking the number now!

man oh man I have been getting the same phone calls telling me that if I don't pay that I was going to be sued and that they will be arresting me at my home this is starting to p--- me off why don't they just leave people alone that are trying to make a living for there family, and get a f------ job.

They called me three times in a row. I don't answer numbers I do not recognize, and they won't leave a message. They will be blocked by me also.

I got a call from this number also.  No vm.

I have them blocked on my phone, I know its  a scam, I know they can't do anything as it would be illegal. I know my rights.

I got that call today I am so furious.

they just called back and said his name is Mike Peters

I keep getting calls from this number looking for someone else and when I told the guy that it is no longer her number he told me that he was going to issue an arrest warrent for me. The name he gave me was Officer Joshua. How ever the same guy called me from another number and gave me the names of Andy Jones and Randy Jones. They are getting desperate I think they are willing to try almost anythng. Also beware they are trying to get people to give them their addresses.

I get this call saying he is officer Mike Rogers from Legal Investigations and tht he has a legal complaint against my name. I don't know what he is talking about.

I have received several phone calls by Mike Petterson saying that I owed roughly $340 in application fees to a Payday Loan company. I have never signed up for a cash advance loan but yet I'm being held responsible to pay it back. First of all, I had to change my banking account information because they were taking $30 a day out of my bank account with out permission. Mike proceeded to tell me that I needed to set up payment plans but my payments could not be below $100. I told him that I did not have a credit or debit card so I would have to use a money order or check. He told me that they did not accept money orders or checks but I could send the money to him via Western Union. When I asked him where I should send it to, he told me to call him whenever I got to the Western Union station and he would give me that information.

When all of this began, I asked him for proof that I owed this money and he said that he was unable to give me that information at this time. However, when I paid all of my debt off, he said he would send the papers to me in the mail. These people call me at least five times a day. They are very resilient. They have threatened to press charges on me for not paying the amount of money they say that I owe. Also, they have obtained my mothers phone number and have been harassing her as well. Does anyone know anything else about these people? They claim to be from Central Investigations based out of California.

i got a call today from a indian speaking man who said i owe money for a loan i took out on line for $250. he could not give correct spelling of last name and only gave last four dig. of s.s. # which was not correct. he kept saying where are you and i will hav u picked up. he also said he was from a central invegation he was calling from 949-800-7617. we never took a loan out for any amount of money. the area code from his phone is orange county ca. this creep needs to b cought.......

I got a message from my sister who said that a Mike Peters was looking for me. He was calling from 949-800-7617. He told my sister that I was involved with insider trading and money laundering.

I told my sister that these guys were scammers who tried to get me to pay for a payday loan I supposedly had months ago. These guys tried to get me on my cell phone with the number 707-655-4000, and he said that his name was Mike Burke.

I almost fell for it, but I did not pay his bogus law firm which was set up in  California.  I put a block on his phone number. Now these same scammers are back at it with a new phone number. Unfortunately, they have some of my information from a payday database. This is how they were able to contact my sister.

They left this information at my work place.

A "Mike Peters" (Indian accent) called threatening me with legal action.  These characters obviously don't know that debtors' prison was abolished a long time ago, and their constant calls add up to harassment.

i get the same calls. He said it is about a online pay day loan. Which I have not took out and then started screaming I was going to be arrested for not paying him over the phone.

There are two men with accents from India or Pakistan. They call my cell phone from this 949-800-7617
saying I owe money from a place called 5oo Fast Cash. I never borrowed any $ from this company. They have been threatening me by saying they will take me to court and sue me for $300 or my paycheck will be garnished. The names they use are Michael Peters and Peter Jones.

I get this call on my cell phone for my husband. We have different cell phones and numbers so I don't know why they are calling me. I tel him he has the wrong number but he continues. He said the last 4 numbers of my husbands social security #. He said isn't this number associated with him. I say no but he still persists and says his name is Tony Grey and he is from the Legal department with a very serious legal matter. I wonder if he would of continued with a complete stranger. It was really concerned because he has his SS# and didn't hesitate to give it to me once I told him he had the wrong number.
