Whittington.  Ms. Whittington this is M???? calling from financial crime department with the federal banks.  And I?ve been trying to reach you regarding very serious and time sensitive matter.  So, before this gets to late for you, call be back so I can help you from this drastic situation.  Phone number to my division is 949-800-7691 I repeat 949-800-7691.  Now Ms. Whittington if I fail to hear from you then I don?t know what?s going to happen next with you.  You might be facing some legal consequences, your job or your home.  Or, you might be getting some shocking surprises over there.  So now it depends on you.  Give me a call back if you think so or else  you must be knowing what happen with the person who breaks the law.  Thank you and have a great day.

I received a call from 949-800-7691. Did not answer the call. was left a message from Mr Fleming stating he was from the State Bureau of Investion. I need to call him back on this matter. Did not give any information as to why he called and threaten me.  Please have all these numbers blocked and stop calling me.

Just receive a call from this number asking to speak to my son it is the same guy that I spoke to on Wednesday but this time he change his name, I told him that we know this is a scam he got upset and ask me who were I to my son I told him that I was his mother and that we were going to report him to the police and the bbb he ask me what the hell did I have to do with it I ask to speak to his supervisor he then said I am the supervisor and then I ask him to speak to his manager and said I am the manager I said I am calling the police because we know this is a scam he told me the police would be contacting me.

Today I got a call from my job saying that my son need to call this number and ask to speak to Nick it was a matter of life and death.  My son didn't know anyone by that name and when he call the number I listen at the conversation I could tell it was a scam.  I than call the number myself and ask to speak with this Nick guy the lady who answer the phone said Nick and held the phone for second and then the phone hung.  He than call back and said he was with some kind of federal something I told him what he did was against the law and that I was going to call the law and the BBB and report him.

Yes, some Indian dude just called and threated me I wish that they would rounds this JERKS!!!! and send them back to there only country and leave us the HELL ALONE.

Called and left a message saying they were looking for poeple who were harmed by bad medicines and were seeking compensation.  Had a really strong accent so I guess they have switched from pretending to be police to lawyers.  

A man named Jack Davis with a heavy indian accent has been calling me all day claiming he is from the Federal Crime & Investigation unit.. which if you research that department its a scam. He is stating that there are many payday loans out there and that they have received complaints about me not paying them back. I had a similar instance with this 3 weeks ago from another man name Officer McClintoc. Since my wife has some experience in the criminal justice field I gave the phone to her and let her speak to them. She found out that these #'s and people are coming from a call center which is why there is so much noised on the background. My friend is a police officer and when I had him get on the phone to verify credentials with the man he hung up. The man calling from this # keeps calling me from different numbers and saying that he is from the Russian Mafia, calling me a dumbass, calling my wife a s**t and a w***e because she got on the phone with him and went off. I told him I was smarter then that and he wasn't getting a single penny from me until I see credentials and paperwork... I have already contacted the FBI about this and they will be looking into this... BE CAREFUL THEY HAVE ACCESS TO TONS AND TONS OF #'S!!!

yea this guy is Indian, i have traced his calls, and i have forwarded this complaint to federal department.

I gotten a voice message from this same number. This time it was Daniel Carter. I called my lawyer and I let her talk to him. I know this is a scam. They have a Officer Hamliton, Offficer Peterson or Patterson Officer O Brain. How many more name will they used. I am going to called  my attorney general office. I know they are scammer.  .

I have gotten calls from this number as well and his name was Christopher brain i been getting call from him since last year and i done send these people over 3000 dollars and he told me i was through and i would not hear from them again. And he lied he call me back on thursday of last week talking about he jade two more outstanding payday loans under my name and was threatin me and i never heard of those Paula loans a day in my life i really thank this man is trying to get 1800 hundred dollars out of me again what can i do to put a stop to this man name Christopher obrain i don't have money like that to give these people. can you tell me what did this man say when you told him what you said.

I just checked my voicemail and heard this guy with an Indian accent say in so many words - I am in serious legal trouble against my name and social security number and that if I don't return the call, the authorities can arrest me at my home or job. What kind of cotton picking mess is this?  First off, I have no problems legal or otherwise and if so, the authorities would not be placing a courtesy call on my phone, they would have sent legal documents to my known address or picked my butt up before now-no warning. I don't trust people with last names like Patel or Umfufu Kuassi. This number will be forever blocked.  I surely hope no one has seriously called them back and sent money to these rascals. The scam must be working though or else they wouldn't be so bold. ARGGGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!!

I just received a call from this number, I do not answer numbers that I don't know.  Have no way of knowing who it was.

Someone name Officer Hamilton with accent.  He said this is second times I have call you.  He said their a legal matter against me. I know he is telling a tell.  I going to report this number to the law in my home state.  I think this is a scammer.
