I received phone call on 6/28/12 at 10:17 am Central Time. Caller asked for someone not in this residence. They stated the had a subpoena for the person, and it was urgent they contact him. I did not recognize name, at first. But, after call I realized the name they gave me was my daughter's former brother-in-law. How they would get our phone and address escapes me, since I really never knew the person they were trying to find. I did contact Coast Mitigation and explained my memory of the person, and also my distant relationship with him. They apologized and stated I would not receive any other calls concerning him. They could not tell me how they got my name and address. Only that they had probably did a local search. My daughter has been divorced from this family for 10+ years. Her married name was not the same as the in-laws she had, so how they tracked anything to me amazes me.

Too bad law enforcement and immigration deputies can't be as thorough!!

Called saying they were serving a subpoena on an employee in our place of business and needed to speak to them urgently before the process server came.  Left this call back number and a file number.

Keep getting calls from a company called CMA wanting to speak to someone that does not and has not ever lived here. We get and different call about every two weeks from CMA for a different person. We NEVER call back and believe this is a ruse.

People from this number call me 2 times a day, they say the name of their company is CMA. I don't have a clue who they are, and they are getting obnoxious with their messages. I'm not calling them back.

Got 2 voicemail recordings saying I am currently doing business with them and I need to call back. Don't now who they are.

Assume this was a collection agency looking to find info on a sister that'd defaulted on a student loan.

Call for someone in my family who does not live here.  I have had many calls from this number.

This number has called my inlaws asking for some one else in my family. My wife got the number and called them, someone would answer the pgone, say hello, with no business name and then they act like they cant hear you the hang up. Whats up and who the hell are they, what do they want, they need to stop calling my inlaws, grow balls and call me.

I also got a voicemail recording saying I am currently doing business with them and I need to call back. Don't now who they are.
