I've been receiving harassing calls and threats that Im being sued for $3602.11. I finally called ...The person on the other line kept putting me on hold when I asked questions stating he needs to confirm with his director (?!?!?). And insisted they have sent many court documents. When he said I can settle for $800 and change upfront he said in good faith of our clients he asked I give him a debit card over the phone if not I can western union or get a paid day loan. I told the person I am unemployed he asked I borrow from some one else (???????) when I asked to have something sent to me via email to confirm he is legit I was put on hold for 20 minutes because he needs to let his director email it to hold,., I hung up and  I received a document 1 hr later ....I looked up the company and I can't find a damn thing about it.. The address is north beach California 92660 that is all with the company name K&MFC LLC and an 855 number. What scares me is the info they had of me and my past address (?!?!!?) I have never experienced a call like this one and I am not sure what to believe but they expect I pay something up front today and continue paying $50 a month then pay $100 in December.

They keep calling me about, someone named Kathy wilson. I want them to nonstop calling me or I am calling the authorities for harrassment!

This person name Kristine Jordan calling about a credit card debt from HSBC AMERITECH  for the amount of $2,192.10  . This company K&MFG LLC, wanted to settle for a$1,504.30 on March 06 2014,I didnot have that kind of money .I made a payment arrangement on the  20th of this month which is March.It was something that it did not sound right.I decided to go on the web site found so many this reply on this number.

As of March 06,2014 K&MFG LLC is prepared to settle this account in full for the balance of $2,192.10 to satisfy the above account,provided that the post dated payments are received NO LATER THAN March 06,2014.There is no grace period.If funds are not received in our office by the due date,this settlement offer agreement will  be considered NULL and VOID. The payment of $219.21 is due on the 20th of each month until the settlement amount is reached.The first payment will be due March 20th,2014.Once the funds for the above referenced account have cleared your bank,K&MFG,LLC will release you from all  claims and liabilities pertaining
to this account and our trade line with the major credit bureaus will deleted.
