Received a call at 3:00 am this is ridiculous !

this person called at 9/13/13 3:04 PM PST asking about my mortgage and i've been on the DNCL for years
called the number back to get the company name it's it's metropolitan

This number was given to our company mid-September 2010 - and we did not know of any past bad history. We use it strictly for legit business, no auto amrketing etc.  - it's unfortunate a telephone compnay hands out numbers with negative feedback. 949-954-3031 has been used since mid-September 2010 as a normal business phone number.

They call - couple of clicks and they hang up

they called me saying they were usa auto talking some indian language

i JUST GOT 2 CALLS FROM THEM NO MESSAGES LEFT AND THEY LET IT RING 1-2 TIMES. BUT THEY CALLED AGAIN RIGHT AFTER THE FIRST TIME...ANNOYING!!!!!!!!

got a call from this number -  i never pick up strange #'s. googled it and read your comments. thanks for posting. next time i will pick up and be prepared to be on the offensive!  why do we have to put up with this kind of sh*t?

They keep calling and hanging up

I keep receiving calls from this number and I have no idea who this is.  I keep rejecting the call, also who ever this is never leaves a message.  How harrassing.

We have been getting calls from this number since two weeks ago.  We answer, they hang up! !

I have recieved two phone calls from this number in the past week, both of them the person (not from this country) informed me that my car loan was good, I informed him both times that I had not applied for a car loan in years and he hung up.

Just got the same call. Everything said above is correct. I am going to try and block them. I wish we could report this to someone!!!!!!!!

they have called me 5 times today....first they ask for a car loan...then they started swearing at us in Hindi;im Indian so i could understand what they were saying. They said swear words, really volger language....so i just called att and blocked that number. i recommend do to the same...if they call one more time i will probably report them to the cops.

The calls from this number started a 3 days ago.  Couple of clicks the first time the disconnection.  day two, first call came in, I was still asleep, so it was a little aggravating, there was a person on the phone this time, Stereotypical Indian/pakistani/bengoli telemarketer.  Wanting to get me a
great Car loan.  told him I was not looking for a car loan,. I dont need a car loan.  he said
"Then why the f*** did you ask for one"
I responded in kind with several insults to him, his country, and his mother.  The call ended.
2 minutes, he calls back and says "WHY THE F*** DID YOU INSULT ME MOTHER F***ER"
I laughed insulted him some more, call ended.
day 3, I answer the phone insulting him.  I am awake today I keep him on the line for 15 minutes.  He kept saying "you people, you yankees want to touch penis, and you are lazy"
This went on twice (maybe there is a limit for telemarketer calls in a day hahaha)
I eagerly anticipate his call tomorrow.

I recently have received the same phone call from the same company and first time they called me it was an unknown number.  Being I was waiting on a phone call at the time, I answered the call.  I b!tch the Indian guy out on the phone for calling my personal phone number from an unknown number.  He proceeded to tell me that he could call me back on a known number, and ever since they have called me at least one a day and on the weekend.  If I don't answer, they don't leave a message.  The next time they call I will be getting their name, their company information, and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Got the same call asked for my wife. said she filled out a app she did not. wonder how they are getting this information. Is this like how they get your identity. Government needs to look into this. This needs to stop.

They know my name and tell me my car loan has been approved, which makes no sense because i dont need/have a loan. These horrible people need to stop calling.

keep calling 5 times a day.

They call several times a day.  This has been going on for a week.  I told then to remove me from their list but they do not.  Same Indian-sounding voice.  Told them I will report then next time.  Each time it sounds like they are calling from over seas as the connection not clear.  They always ask for the same person and I say there is no such person at this number.  Calling back I get a recording saying the number is disconnected.  Maybe they are in India and patching through to a disconnected number here in order to scam people here?

this number calls 10 times a day on my cell phone

i dont want a car loan or payday loan.. basically if u ever filled out anything pertaining to a loan your number has been given to 1,000's of companies,scammers, etc because they think you might go for the bu***hit, if your getting calls from this number expect hundreds of calls from other numbers.. next time use a dummy number or a voicemail number..

I am getting the same thing they have called me 8 times since friday and there is someone you can call, call your local fbi and they will look into it.  When they call me is while I am at work so I dont answer it but maybe I should.

Well, the calls from this number started a few days ago.  EVERYTIME I answer, they just sit there for a second, and then Hang Up.  So I take the initiative to call them back...well it has an answering machine/computer voice "The number Is Not In Service"   Well it damn sure is....so I call back with *67...it goes to some voicemail of a guy with a typical Indian/Irani accent.  They have ALSO started calling today from another number as well....this number is 646-843-6258

OK, The 949-954-3031 JUST called me again.  THIS time I played games.  I answered the Phone "Hello, F*** YOUR MOTHER?!"  That set them off....so instead of blank air space...the person with a THICK Irani accent started SCREAMING at me..." I F*** YOUR MOTHER...I HAVE HUGE B*LLS"  " I MAKE HER SWALLOW" and so on and so on. So I can tell now, that this number is in NO WAY a legitamate business number...or they would not carry on the way they do. LOL...I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE THAT IS BEING HARRASSED BY THESE PEOPLE....TO PLAY GAMES AND HARASS THEM BACK, HE HAS NOT CALLED ME BACK SINCE>

They screwed up!  They called me from their home phone first...then hung up and called from this number.  I think we should all call their home number and bombard them with phone calls like they have done us!  Here's the number:

they keep calling and wont stop i have even threatned them with police action and they still wont stop calling.. called the better business bureau and they have received mutliple complaints about these people.. but they still keep calling

They call like 4 times per day and never leave a message and hang up if I answer. This is ridiculous.
