I hate hangups

We have a small office & caller ID.  Since we know the names of most of our clients and only do business in NY, NJ & CT, we don't answer out of area calls, especially if they are "Unknown Caller" or a supposed toll-free #.  

If it is an important call, they'll leave a message.  If they don't, it wasn't that important.

Robo call saying they can advertise your business on a college or university near you and be seen by thousands of students.  Call 800-880-1906  to place your ad.

Another one of these illegal robocalls.  Now they changed the spiel to get my business shown on a television screen.  Ridiculousness.

I have both numbers blocked.

Please folks, buy a call blocking phone or device.  PUT THESE A - HOLES OUR OF BUSINESS!

Caller ID showed Playmyad.com and I was greeted with complete silence when I answered.  Looks like I have even more fun to look forward to when these scammers call back.

Really bad quality recording and terrible voiceover.  Wouldn't use if they blew me.

They called again @ 9:06am - blocked again.  My phone did not even ring.

My Digitone Call Blocker pays for itself everyday.

Called and did not leave a message when I did not answer.

Google Voice marks this as spam. Called my personal cell phone. I do not own a business.

Rec'd junk call from 949-988-2504 - [2:30pm, 42 secs., msg left] - did not answer. Reverse Lookup only provided landline, from Irvine (L.A.), Calif. This time the dirtbags said advertise in front of colleges at $95/month, and to call 800-880-1906, back on 8-1-13, that I got to posting today.

"Local College Television Network Advertising as little as $95.00 per month." Yeah, sure!

I also researched their call-back # of 800-880-1906, and nothing but more complaints.

Who in his right mind would want to advertise to a bunch of college kids that can't read cursive writing, and little comprehension skills... other than to just waste your monies. Want more proof? Just look at all the college-dummies we have in Congress! I rest my case.

Got the call - didn't answer - blocked the call.  They can never call me from that number again

To Mr. B. Bear above - call blockers DO work.  

I have the Digitone blocker (thru Amazon) in my office.  The Digitone will block individual numbers at the press of the "BLOCK" button.  Also, the Digitone can block entire AREA CODES!!!   Presently, I have 34 area codes blocked.

No more worries!

I just had a call from them. Damn stupid call blocker let their number ring although it's set to pickup and hangup. None of these blasted call blockers really work.

Anyway, they left a voicemail so I'm going to have to burn up minutes going in to delete that garbage.

If we keep hanging on we can dial 8?  Why should we do THEIR work for them?  They should be taking us off their list if we haven't responded to them within ONE of their calls to us.  What's the hold up with you guys. Why don't you guys just file charges on them even if a civil suit.  If I knew how to word the documents I would do it myself.  WE can take lots of money from them only because they are stupid enough to keep calling us. They are suppose to identify themselves within the first 30 seconds of the call or they are in violation of civil laws.

Got the same call just now....waited it out.  If you press 8 supposedly they will remove you from their list.

Just called a fewmins ago

Cold calling telemarketer from Irvine CA offering advertising for your business on local college TV. Same recorded message on 3 calls in two days. Depressing "doom and gloom" male voice was an instant turnoff. Hope they are not paying anyone to do that recording.
