TELCENTRIS COMMUNICATIONS is located in Irvine, Calif. Their robo called to promote special mortgages for renters who want to own their own home.

Clearly was telemarketing scam... and of course my number is on the DNC list... and was also at a very late hour.

Beware this may be the advance-fee-for-a-loan scam as described here http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/telemarketing/tel16.shtm which states "It is illegal for companies doing business in the U.S. by phone to promise you a loan and ask you to pay for it before they deliver."
