Yes, just got a call from an inmate from prison. Since I don't know any inmates I hung up. How is it possible they can call and it says free call?

Once they get to their destination, they get 3 free calls around 1 minute each call. So its possible.

this number keeps calling and when you answer it has a spanish message that asks you to hold for someone that will be right with you....when you call the number back it has no answer
