they have been calling me for days saying i am in it for fraud and they are sending police to arrest me
and put me behind bars.  I am done not answering phone anymore.  The guy Syvester Jones at this number told me to call the lawyer at 951-468-0081 Alex Cooper. I went to my police dept and reported it.

They called me this morning and told me to pay.  I told him to take his bony a** back to his coutry.  Told me to call him honey and not sir.  Arrrggg..yes about a cash advance loan.  Then ask me my age more than 5 times.  what on earth does that have to do with anything.  He wouldn't give me details of anything.  I called the cash advance company he mentioned and they have no recollection of me at all or them.

Calls started this morning at 4 am. Then they harrass me at work. I try to call back and they ignore my calls.

I received three calls from this # today.  They first left a message stating that I had a lawsuit pending and that I was going to be arrested and fired from my job.  I immediately called the number and the guy Michael Brown advised me not to interrupt me and when he was finished I was aking him questions and he said mother******, a**hole and hung up.  I tried calling back and everytime they answered they hung up.  This is crazy!!  What can I do!  Any suggestions?

I am receiving threatening calls from this number stating that there is a lawsuit pending against me for payday advances (which is not true).  They are threatening to have the police come to my office and arrest me.  Will only tell me they are Cash Advance, Inc. but will not give me their names or address to the business.  When I give them my attorney's name and number to call, they start screaming obscenities at me and then hanging up.  Will call the next day as if they've never spoke to me and start the entire conversation over again.  If I could have more information, I would have my attorney send a letter threatening a lawsuit of harrassment and any other pertinent suit that would be substaintial enough to have them stop these phone calls.

I just received a call from this number but the mans name is Robert something you can't understand what he is saying just curious I seem one message that someone returned the call and he was able to get all your info where do these people come from I am on soc sec which I don't make much but I know they Dont  care I applied for a loan recently this moron calls me and said they would western union me the money someone said it was sc looked into it a bit and it was he called me 4 days in a row so is this how this will go also does anyone have any suggestions

Received a call from Mike Johnson from 951-226-5638.  He asked me if I had contacted my attorney.  I asked what it was involving and he said my whole name, all 9 digits of social security number and knew my place of business.  He also said that they would not be responsible, when they call my employer and inform them of what is going on, if I were to get terminated.   He said it had to do with a loan.  They gave me a phone # & name of his senior attorney (Damen Marshalls) at the same phone # (951-226-5638). I called it and all it did was ring and then pick up and beep.  These people have called my work 2 times now and my boss has politely told them to never call again & F### OFF!!  As someone above stated, I have also filed a claim with the FTC and notified all 3 credit agencies to put a "Fraud Alert" on my file so if something does happen I should be covered.  These people started this on 1/22/13 and actually called my work again today 1/24/13.  I would urge any one that has had this happen to them to notify your employer so at least they know about the scam and can help protect you from them getting any further information.

Someone naming himself as Alan Smith, saying he represents the lawfirm of John Best, and that I have legal action against me.  I am to call this number and speak to them immediately.  When I call, all I get is a beep and what sounds like an answering machine with no greeting, no company identifiers of any sort.

Phone cal to cell and work from a Mike Johnson who would not state reason for call other than I need to call California State's Attorney Damon Bartol or police would be at my door in the morning to arrest me.

Received a call from "David Cooper" claiming to be with the "Anderson County Police Department". Calling for one of our employees.  Asked him if he was a police officer; he then said he was an attorney and that it was a legal matter.  Told him no personal calls were accepted here.  Said his extension was 359.

I work for a loan company and they can not press charges on u. I got the same message and he sd it was pretty damn important i called him back.  I know attornies and they do not cuss in their messages.  When i called the number back it had nothing on the voicemail just a beep noise....this is a scam to get ur bank account information and rob u

I also recieved numerous calls from this person he called me with the same MO, he is officer Allen Smith from American Legal Services and they have my social security number, stating that I am being sued, that he was going to arrest me in 24 hours, lol, how funny, and that I should get an attorney, I think this is another tried to fraud us out of something, how annoying but what really Infuriated me that he has the galls in mentioning God at the end, he says, may God bless you, when clearly he is not a Christian with the accent he has he truly not God informed, I would love to talk to him, I have called back the number but it goes to a recorder.  This to me is another attempt to collect your information. BE CAREFUL

This number keeps calling me for a Michael and my name is not Michael. They say that there is going to be legal action taken against me. I have told them at least 10 times to stop calling my number and that I am not Michael. They continue to call me.

Answered this call at work, they were looking for someone they thought was employed here.  The person they were looking for is not...

"This is investigation officer (could not understand name in bad english) looking for (insert employee name) - I have his social seeeeeecurity number to verify him"

A man named Mike called stating that I owed money for a payday loan and that I was facing criminal charges due to default on the loan,when in fact I have never had a payday loan.  He stated that I needed a lawyer and was facing check fraud and the police would be at my home in 45minutes to arrest me.  He called four times on Monday, so I called the police department and they called him and he hug up on them.  I thoughjt after that, that I wouldn't have to worry about this anymore.  Today, four days later and the same man calls again only from a different number.

I got a call from 9512265638 at my work.  I work in retail and this was very diruptive

The person calling from this number says his name is Mike Johnson; however, he clearly is not a native of the USA.  He does not only call my number, but other numbers from my phone list. I am being told that "the second I receive this message either myself or my attorney to call this number. If I don't I will suffer the consequences".  

I would like to know who this person would be representing with this call.  I am called at least twice a day and it has been going on for months.

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

Called me at 7:04 this morning saying that I was going to be arrested for a past pay day loan.  Hello I have not gotten a past pay day loan.  They even knew my old employer and last 4 of my social.  This is extremely.   I scary.  I was basically told the same thing as Scott.  This is getting ridiculous, someone needs to do something about them.

I got a bunch of calls from this number today they called my girls phone and my cousins phone sayin all that b***s*** about me having 3 federal charges against me for credit card fraud, check fraud, and grand theft due to a payday loan...and i stated well i have never in my life got a payday loan nor have i ever forged a credit card or checks...then he threatend me with 6 months in jail if i do not comply...so i told him where to stick that crap...but i will find out where they are...they arent gonna threaten me with jail time..hell no...im gonna drop the hammer on these b*****ds...i hope they all get whats coming to them..

I wonder what 2 people has the authority to sue on behalf of social security.  I kinda think the govn't does their own sueing.

Just started receiving calls for these idiots. Don't even know who the heck they are nor do I wanna know.

I have been receiveing phone calls from this number stateing that I have a law suite against me. For the past couple of times this number has called I have not answered due to the fact that some of these numbers are  telemarkers or scammers. Now, I wish these calles to STOP and if there was any truth to anything that this India or wherever this person is from, I would like something in writting. If it's that important send it in writing.
