I received a call from this number today said his name was Brian Patrick and that Im a a big legal mess and need to return his call funny how a middle eastern man has an Iris name   also said he was a police officer... SCAM   WHEN IS THE GOVERNMENT GOING TO CRACK DOWN ON THES PEOPLE.

Received a voicemail from someone claiming to be Bryan Patrick and not do disregard the message or I'd be in big legal trouble. Fortunately they were asking for a different person that I don't know and it was easy to figure out what was going on thanks to this site.

My suggestion for turning them in is to go to IC3 website and fill out complaint.  It is a real site www.ic3.gov

I got the same call, five or six times now.  They state they are from IC3 which is the FBI Cyber complaint  division.  I have actually filed a complaint with them so I may have fell for it if it werent for the stronge indian accent.  I did call them back and guys answered "This is Sam" he told me he is with IC3.  I hung up and called Kansas City FBI number.  Didn't have much to say except call IC3.  Of course they have no number listed.  I wonder how they would know to say they were from IC3, when I filed a complaint 3 weeks before.  Thought this could have been follow up.  Number shows CA, US on my iphone

I received a phone call from an accented man who stated he was an attorney. I couldn't understand him well enough to discern his name. He stated he was reviewng my credit report and stated that I was a very generous man. He then stated that I borrowed money from Fast Cash.com and only paid the interest and that I owed the principle. He gave an old address of over three years ago along with my social security number. He had my bank account number wrong but I wasn't going to advise him of that fact. The name provided is only a online broker and not a lender. He did have my brother's name and phone number. I do not owe money and felt a little irritated with his quick demeanor change and I found it really strange when he called it international fraud. I was trying to cook and fumbled the phone and it disconnected the call. He was screaming into the phone as it fell.  If anyone actually is served with a law suit please post it here. I am taking the phone number to different law entities to see whose authority this is under and it should be federal and this a form of wire fraud.  Up to a 5 year sentence.

After you tell them to stick where the sun don't shine, its fun and may sound a bit childish but, put their phone number in to one of the many prank call web sites and have a blast after all they did waste their time baggering us.. Its a hoot..

I have also been comtacted by this company. The first time was in March and after telling them to file suit we never heard another word until today. I spoke to (supposedly) Melvin Foster who said he was with the Internet Crime Complaint Center. I asked for an address and he hung up on me. I called back requesting the address again and spoke with a Matthew Williams (supposedly) who also would not give me an address. I got very very ugly on the phone with him so I'm wondering if he will stop calling again. Exactly who do we contact to turn these guys in for fraud? There is no telling how many elderly people they have gotten money from because they don't want to get sued or who don't completely understand so they send money to shut them up.

I got a phone call from 951.246.5523. They called my cell. I dont answer but they left a message saying they were from IC3 or IT3. They have such a  BAD accent to have such a common American name of Mark Williams. I dont call back. They also called my job. I am sick of them.

I keep receiving phone calls fron 951-246-5523. They call my work constantly saying they are from internet crime company.  All I know is it is Mark Williams and thanks to this website I have NOT called them back.

don't go to their website. chances are it has phishing installed.

The same thing has happened to me people called said i took out a payday loan in march according to one guy.  So asked for the number from the company that they said this loan was from they gave it to me.  Then they changed dates so i went off on them started being the biggest B i could be said i will be contacting my lawyer everything.  Kept telliing them call me back please have someone who is us citzen can actually speak english cause i don't understand jibberish. i would like to take this step further file a suit against them if possible because some how they have gotten my bank account number.  He said he was from cash net usa.com  well i went to there site and have contacted them to let them know these people are doing it.

I received 2 calls today.  One from Harold Thomas and the other from Michael Johnson.  Saying I was being sued.  After the first phone call when I told the guy to fax me the information so I could review with my lawyer he started yelling at me.  He said I would get the paperwork from the court office in 5 days.  I said great.   Then, I got a second call.  So I let him have it.  I said, why are you calling me again.  I've already had this conversation.  I told him that if he wanted to speak with me he would need to fax me the information.  He said he had no information to send me so I asked him why are you calling me then if you can't give me the information I would need.  Then I asked to speak with a supervisor, who was in a meeting.  His name is Andrew Jones.  So I said, right.  Stop calling me because I know this is a scam.  He hung up on me so I called him back..   My advise is BE AS MEAN AS POSSIBLE.   He told me I was harrasing him and I told him I don't care because your scamming me.  Call again and I will call the authorities.

Same here....funny how these people with the accents have the last name of Smith or Johnson....they dont give up easily.

hello! my husband recieved calls from indian accent and told him that He loan a money from a payday loan...which is not true.  This michael johnson said if hes not goin to pay for it he gonna sew my husband ..And i search this b*****d name and I knew it it's a scam!
I'm wondering how come they get some info of my husband?How they get it?
