Hello I am currently going through the same problem, I want to report them to the goverment how can I stop them.

Received this call and told by March 25 a report is being printed out and sent to work and home.  Good luck and call me back.  Had a hard time understanding him really thick accent.

These people are awful biggest bunch of loser's I ever had to deal with. They have been calling me for 2 years I haven't paid them a dime I told them I knoew this was a scam but they feel the need to call me a couple times a year. Check out this link.

1st mark nelson is fraud person and telling lies to me that i had taken payday laon but i never take and he changes voice & making roles that i'm senior investigation officer and restitution officer. He taking like bi*** and dirty mind person & using abuse language on phone like moth******er & more which i cant understand bcause he using asain languages. i'm telling to everybody to that beware from that person. they are big time scammers and i hope they get caught.  i thought i was the only one they was harrassing. i was planning on goin to the police to report them also. i will put mark nelson in the bars for 10 yrs.

First these people said they were from the Department of Law and Investigation (doesn't exist). Told me they would have me arrested, fired, ect. Told me all they could do is wish me luck as the situation unfolds on me. They tell me it's regarding an unpaid payday loan (which I have never had). Now they are saying that they are from Instant Cash. When asked to quit calling me, they replied with suck my d*ck and rub your boobs on me. I have contacted the phone company and local authorities. Nothing has been done.

hey linda you know a way to stop the scammers? Did u ever borrow money from them?

These people have been calling me off and on for about a year already. They have the same number for about a week or two then calls will stop for about a month. They start calling again about a month later with a different number. They are really annoying but unless you change your phone number you'll keep getting the same calls. Ignorant indian fools with the most americanized names, how do you not already know its not a scam. what indian parent names their child John Smith instead of Abdullah Oblongata lol. Also it seems that many people have reported them but officials really do nothing about it. I've actually come to get used to their calls and sometimes enjoy messing with them. Its pretty entertaining especially since their english is limited they really dont have much to say except f- you mother/ wife or what have you.

i knewe something was up with them when they didnt want to tell me what there name was. they grew angry when i said i wasnt going to pay them and hung up on me. they call me 3 to 4 times a day leaving the same message. they had all my info right except for my social and birthday. ithought i was the only one they was harrassing. i was planning on goin to the police to report them also. they did have heavy indian accents...iasked to speak to a manager and he said he was the manager..isaid no someone higher than you..nd he said hold on let me transfer you..keep i nmind usually when they transfer you to another line they click over..iheard people talkin in the backround then someone gets on sounding like the same guy..they are big time scammers and i hope they get caught

Very irritating, almost scary that no one does anything to shut them down.  I have been harassed by this number and 5 or 6 others sometimes a dozen times a day on my cell and work number.  A co-worker called one and told him he was no officer as well in addition to other remarks.  Really pushed him over the edge, he said he would kill her and her family.  I just wish they would go away.  When that number temporarily stopped calling, another has kicked in.  Can tell these are different people calling, once a woman, and yes, difficult to understand....unless they are threatening to kill you.

I have been receiving calls from these people for almost a month and a half now. They have even gotten really bold as to calling my job and asking for me. These people are scam artists and I have contacted the FBI and the police department. I even had called them to get them to talk to the detective I was working with and they hung up on him... Don't be fooled by these people because it is a scam that is going on. They call with heavy accents and a recording in the back ground. They said I owed money for a cash advance but couldn't tell me where the advance was from or how much was owed. Lies all lies..such number as 0000, 425, 951, 816, even intenational pop ups. Be careful and please don't give these peoplany money.

This is a national scam!!! Idk how these freaks got all of my personal info and banking. They are currently under investigation, they call from several different numbers using american names. I  received calls from them 38 times in one day literally back to back.  Other numbers they use 5622962864, 1123456789, 56296286,0000000000, 646, 351..... they refuse to let you know the name of the company that your in debt with just stating that they are from the state bureau of investigation for California, will give you the address to the courthouse and also email you fake statements showing personal information requesting large amounts of money from various bogus email addresses using gmail hotmail and yahoo... blah blah blah scam scam scam

I receive the same call from this phone number on 4/1/2011 and they stated a report is being printed out and sent to work and home.  I also could not understand the person calling but they have call at least once a week.  How do we get these people and have them stop calling.  Bad scammers - I have report them to federal commissions, police department and FBI - nothing yet; we should all put in a report each time they call and maybe then something will happen to catch these people.

I got a call from these people with a very heavy accent probably from India.  They claimed I owed for a cash advance.  When I asked them for the name of the company they couldn't even give me that information.  I cursed them from A to Z and told them I knew what they were up to and to leave me the hell alone.  Please don't be taken in by these people, they are SCAMMERS trying to get money from you.  Don't be taken by them.
