ANNOYING PHONE CALLS FROM # 951 256 6169  NO ONE ON THGE LINE WHEN CALL.

Why doesn't the government spend money to stop these annoying telemarketer calls.  Much better way to spend "our" money !!

So now there is a new wrinkle in this unknown call business. Put a person's name in the faked caller ID. This one came in as Gray Karen. It was a pre-recorded message about lowering interest rates on my credit cards. I don't carry a balance from month to month. Just another number to add to the blocking list.

Got a call from this number @ 4:51pm 2 Apr. 14, I don't waste time with robo callers, they can go stick their heads up
their A$$ for all I care.

Do not call listed, so stop take me out of your database.

Have been getting these now for years. They always say this is your last phone call. I have had two of them today. I wonder which one is my last phone call. I have started responding to them telling them where to go and just what to do with themselves. Maybe if they get enough abuse they will stop.

Third time getting called by the same place, on a schedule exactly one week apart - to the hour.  They asked for my wife, by name.  Since they were clearly an out-of-state number, I asked who they were and what they wanted.  They called themselves "The Childrens Project" and made themself sound like a charity of some kind.

This kind of scamming is very difficult to defeat; the caller is using forged caller IDs and changing the numbers consistently.  I simply don't answer calls from numbers that don't "mean anything to me".  It solves nearly all of the problems.

CID said California Call. I never answer these calls. Looks like it's the same old scammers just a different number.

Pat, this call is from criminals. The law that created the Do Not Call List is a means to prosecute them if and when they are caught.

The list has done a good job of shutting down "cold" sales calls from otherwise legitimate companies.

Caller ID reads KAREN GRAY

This is a recording from a fake "card services" claiming to offer reduced interest rates on credit cards. It is a scam. Hang up. Do not press a key to be taken off their calling list.

It does not stop illegal operations and those overseas.

I have gotten this call several times and hung up. Finally decided to press '1".  Explained I do not have any credit cards this is a business phone and not to call again.   Less than 15 minutes, I got a call again and when TARA came on the phone I aske her who she was calling. She stated she was calling to lower my rates. I asked what name is on the credit card because I was just given this number in August and it is now a business phone. She hung up.

Getting calls from this number. What good is it to be on the do not call list.

951-256-6169. Caller ID says "Gray, Karen." It's some telemarketing scam saying that this is the last possible opportunity to take advantage of lower credit card interest rates from "the stimulus" ... Same sort of recording I have received many many times before from different numbers. It says Press 1 to take advantage of this offer, Press 9 to be removed. I've done the Press 9 before and of course they keep right on calling about 3 or 4 times a week from different numbers.

Do Not Call list and FCC is A JOKE, our tax money is not helping to stop these scams.

They call multiple times a day.  The last time the caller burped in my earpiece. Gross!

Have received 2 calls from this number so far today.  First call said California, second call said Karen Gray.  Same number both times.  Didn't answer.

That's nice, but there's almost no chance your complaint will result in any action against the caller. For these endless scam calls, you need a call blocker. Some have 1500-2000 number capacities which is important since scammers change their spoofed numbers constantly. Also, most blockers can block any toll-free call and any "out of area" call. For debt collectors, you can send cease-and-desist letters but for scammers the only thing that really works is a blocker. Forget the FCC, they won't do anything.

Call appeared as T-Mobile and that raised a red alert. I say this because this is not the first call that I have received like this.

The calls are dialed at random. So they could have dialed your number before it was activated.

That never works. They will continue to call from various numbers.

This number just called and came up as Karen Gray on my caller ID. Scam.

Did not pick-up. They did not leave a message.

Called on home phone, hung up and did not leave any message.  Called ID said Karen Gray.  We are on the Do Not Call Registry, which does no good.

Credit card hoax. There is no number to opt out of the call (which is illegal) and when you call the number, you get a burp in the ear and then it says the mailbox is full.
