Received the following and reported them to the FTC:

It appears from this website that the area code 951 and prefix 256 have been taken over by some junk text message jokers.
Everyone that has received a text message - please take 2 minutes to report this message on the FTC complaint site.

This number texted my tracfone with an offer to lower my mortgage payment. SPAM!!!! I have no mortgage.
They are plucking numbers out of thin air, random number generators. Be assured, Mr Mortgage Man, I will NEVER use You now!
