I'm noticing that it is definitely a scam and each text seems to know the phone service we have, Sprint, Cingular, etc.
Mine was as follows: mo02@smyprintpcs.com: Dear Customer.Please contact us immediately at 19512681004. Gateway regional Issue.
Instead of sprint its smyprint, very tricky. Total Scam!!!!

Text message received 3.21.2012 at 4:00PM PDT from ca02@smyprintpcs.com (instead of mysprintpcs.com) saying:
"Dear Customer. Please contact us immediately at 19512681004. CaliforniaCU Issue."
I have typed the message EXACTLY as it appeared in the text message on my phone, including misspelling of 'mysprintpcs' and incorrect punctuation.

Received the same message-- same number associated with other bogus email addys, such as "vextel" "cingularme" -- clearly bogus DO NOT REPLY!
DO report it to your phone provider so they'll block future messages.

Same text message to me and same recording asking for my card info I tried puting in bogus numbers to try and talk to some one and it never wnet to any other prompts. I am sure this is an ID Theft scam!!!!
