I rec'd a call from these guys telling me they would send out my donation form. When they did not get it back I rec'd another call but this time from someone with a San Antonio number. I tried calling the number back and I reached and error, twice. I can not believe they would stoop to such lows.

DO NOT GIVE THEM A DIME. THEY ARE A COMPLETE FRAUD. Jerry Brown is trying to permanetly shut this bogus business down.

California Atorney General has charged Executive Director Chris Eaton with a variety of charges for things like claiming the kids programs recieved as much as 100% of your donation. Others were told the kids recieved a minimum of 55% of monies donated. They got less than 20%.
Telemarketers there mostly were mostly hired from locl sobar living homes.They were hard working.  

CPYC administrative fees consumed up to eighty percentof the moneys.
The for profit fundraising company Telecom Services(aka National Consultants Inc.)Its alleged that Telecom Services changed there name after they dropped PAL and stole PALs donor list. PALS representation for fundraising, in order to take CPYC as new client. The telemarketers who were hired by Telecom Services Inc were paid thru CPYC payroll. This way CPYC was responsible for any legal suits that might arise in the future, and not Telecom Services or their alias National Consultants.

Under no circumstance should you give one dime.

They have stolen anoher charities donor list and called these people informing them that CALPAL no longer exists or that CPYC has taken over  for PAL programs. CPYC recenly setledout of court with pal fordamages.  
I workd for this compny for a short time in 2007. Only after leaving the job I found out that Chris Eaton(Executive Director)isnt such the role model for at risk kids as he claims to be.

I got  a call from ca police youth from phone number 951-274-0515  they are  a scam as I just ran a search on Google for 951-274-0515 and it brought it up that they  are scam. They are stealing money from the real ca police youth in  sacramento ca. if you get a  call from them ask them to remove your name from their list  and also call the better business bureau where you live at? and also your local police department. When I call the number back their is no answer so how can I have them take me off their list if they never answer the phone.

These guys where created with one thing in mind only, to rip of the California Police Activities League that have been around helping kids since 1971, why else is the name so close?  They started in 2002 and they take funds away from PAL and just put them into other charities. Over 80% goes directly into their pockets.
