I wish someone would find this guy and beat him within an inch of his life.

It really freaked me out at first when these guys called me. "David Parker" said he was calling from the Legal Services of David Harris and that I owed them over $1,200 and that I could make a one time payment of $850 and it would clear everything up. And then he said if I couldn't pay it at once then he could set me up a payment plan for the entire amount. Once I began asking him questions like what was the original date and amount of the loan and other detail he began arguing with me. He said if you would like the police to come to your place of buisness than don't pay it. No one is telling you you have to. The worst part was he had a lot of information about me. And he also instructed me to get a Wal Mart card for a minimum of $300 by 2pm that day or the cops were coming to my job to arrest me. At that point I started searching the internet about the company and came across this. I feel much better knowing that I am not the only one who realized there may be something fishy here.

I note that the area code is for Corona, CA, the west coast mecca of fraudulent debt collection. There is a tall pile of agencies with disposable business names out there, all playing the same extortionist games. If you are mixed up with a 'Corona Cabal' collector with a real US address you can serve with a summons, I'm begging you to do just that.

If you've already opened the doors to your funding sources, bolt them shut and abandon your accounts. These fiends will only keep returning over and over, never satisfied with any prior "agreement".

yes i have also have been receiving calls from this same number 951-281-0308 by some foreigner who cant speak english by the name of chris stating I had a lawsuit against my ss number & would throw me in jail i tried to answer the call but no answer my attorney also call them no answer it freaked me out they threatned to throw me in jail & stated would show up @ my home & work. Claimed his was with a law firm but would not give the name I had not even accepted any money from this loan company they supposedly stated i owed. i want this number blocked

Wow. These guys have called my house phone, cell phone, and work phone saying that I have legal actions against me from a cash advance company that I have never borrowed from before. They had the last 4 of my social and my home address!! I dont know what the hell this is. They claim to be representing some law firm and are telling me that I 'm going to get arrested. I dont know who I can inform of this but this is ridiculous! I need them blocked ASAP!
