This man called today and identified himself from Resume Bucket list. He asked if I am interested in going back to school. I told him no. I posted a resume on the internet. The number I put on my resume is known only by those who have seen my resume posting. The phone is not used for anything else, therefore, I know how they obtained my number. I have had numerous phone calls from people claiming to want to help me find a school and that I filled out information to be contacted by different schools and recruiters. I did not fill out any such things and I am an adult, I can search the web myself and find a school if I so choose. I think these phone calls are people simply trying to find personal information....address, contact info, etc. It is a shame that anyone has to endure this harassment simply to find a job nowadays. I have blocked these previous callers and then I receive new ones from different numbers.

I keep getting calls from this number throughout the day and night. It is becoming annoying having my phone ring in the late late night with t his number and hangs up.

I average 3 calls a day from various #'s used by telemarketers hired by Alzheimers. There are many national Alzhiemers charities. I have no idea which is behind this telemarketer.
Demand better blocking solutions from your service provider.

As suggested, I called 800-272-3900 to have my number removed from being called by Alzheimer's.  Now they call me every day from other different numbers including 708-965-4124 and 708-965-4308 and 708-965-4589 and 951-289-4361

I've blocked this # through Optimum, yet they still manage to call through on it. Optimum service rep elevated my complaint to engineering. They can't seem to block this # or some others that sneak through. Way to go Optimum.
Alzheimers telemarketers have be relentless in their calling campaign. They've called from dozens of numbers and at this point I view it as nothing but pure harassment. I used to give to them regularly. Sad to say, not any more. I'm finished.

Thought I had blocked all the #'s for Alzheimers Telemarketers. All was quite for 6 months. Guess they figured that out and got a new bunch of #'s. Here we go again. Thank you Washington!

BTW, I'm listing Call Type as Telemarketer, because the Non Profit charities farm all this work out. So guess who gets the lion's share of your donation. If you want to donate to a charity, do it directly, not through a third party who is only interested in profits, not research or the person in need. Better yet, instead of writing a check, volunteer your time. It will benefit those in need and make you feel good too.

got a txt reply to a kijiji car ad i have posted from this number. offered 800 over my asking price, requested i email them "NOW"......to funny, very scamy....heres the email they provided for the rest of you to add to your records.....leva4atwood@gmail.com

these people keep calling me from a bunch of different telephone numbers such as 951-289-4361 and 908-965-4589, etc. They won't stop and say they are Alzheimers but know this is untrue.

This number is a debt collector name NCOC, keep calling for wrong person they are looking for.

I  just called them.  It was the Alzheimer's Association. They were very nice . You do need to call in on the phone that they called as their system identifies the phone number and then puts it on their "Do Not Call List".

Maybe if enough of us get the home Tel number of a few of the high paid executives and call them a few times a day this nonsense would stop.  
Nothing else has seemed to work!

Been getting bombarded by calls from Alzheimer ASC lately.  Never donated money to them so unsure of how they got my number.  Within the last week they've called 4 or 5 times and have even resorted to using different #'s as if that's going to trick me into answering. Note to ASC--  if I want to donate, I'll get in touch with you instead of you harassing me everyday.  Besides why would I want to donate to you?  So you could call me even more often then you already do?

My caller ID says Anonymous. Do you really think that I'm going to waste my time answering a call from Anonymous? No way!

These people have called me three times a day for two months. the caller  ID says anonymous. well I don't answer anonymous calls so does this mean it will never end?

This is the third number I've blocked from the Alzheimer's Association.  Like all of you, I've received calls at all hours of the days, on different days of the week, multiple times a day, from various phone numbers.  I donated to them over the summer in the memory of my aunt's father who died of the disease.  It's a cause I believe in, but I will NEVER donate again because I cannot take the harassment, and you cannot donate without giving them your phone number.  

Email them at info@alz.org to try to get your name and number off their list.  Their website says they will, although I doubt it's over for me.  They are also supposed to take your name off the list if you ask them to when they call, but I rarely pick up the phone because I don't recognize the number and they don't list "Alzheimer's Association" in the caller ID.

I received a phone call from 951-289-4361 @ 8:10am this morning. It came up on my caller ID as Private Name.  If this is from the Alzheimer's Assoc., why doesn't it say that?  I don't answer numbers I don't know.

No wonder they keep calling.They are getting the same problem as their patients. Poor patients are seeking help. But what those callers are seeking for? Who would donate money to people that are harrasing you?
