I received two calls from a man with an extremely strong accent that spoke like he was speaking from a script. He informed me that I BETTER call him or have my lawyer call him to discuss a very important matter. "Do not ignore this phone call. This matter is time sensitive." I have forwarded the last two complaints regarding the other calls placed from this number to the NY Attorney Generals office.

I would suggest to anyone who received a call from these men claiming you owe money from a payday loan, to report this to the three credit bureaus because they may try to steal your identity.

Ok.  I just called them back and they tried to tell me that this was a legal matter and that I needed to pay them 1000.00 to clear it up.  That's about all I could make out as the guy did have a pronounced accent and the phone was "fuzzy".  I called him on this and told him that I was an attorney(I'm not)and that if he continued to harrass me I'd use my extensive resources to find him and procecute him and his "company".  He proceeded to hang up on me and now I can't even get through when I call back....comedy!  Obviously, do not send these clowns any money.  THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM.

These clowns have been calling me for a couple of days, now.  They just called me at work, but the swithchboard operator thought that the caller sounded kinda hokey and didn't patch it through to me, but instead called me to let me know of this call.  I checked my personal cell phone and sure enough, some Indian sounding dude saying I was in BIG trouble if I "ignored" his calls had left me a message.  I'm glad that I reverse number'd this call and now have this information.  I'm gonna call him back and have "some fun".  Losers(rolling eyes).

This place called my work 6-7 times right in a row. I was a victim of Identity theft 4 years ago and I still have to deal with them. How do I get them to quit calling my place of employment? I can't understand them or what company they are from but I called the number back and I got no response and when I googled the number it brought me to this page.

The company is the same company.

They had Indian accents. Said they were filing a judgement and a warrant would be issued. Wanted me to pay over a thousand dollars up front. Said I owed over 5,000 dollars.

Did they tell you had to send them money and or a warrant would be sent out. The ones that called me had accents and wanted me to send 500 dollars.

This is a scam that has been going around for years. The number they called me from on friday was 415-294-9979. Always someone with an Indian accent saying they are going to download you in the system and a warrant is out for your arrest. I do know that I do not anything to any cash advances.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND your hard earned money to these people. They are a completely scam and so you know companies can not place warrants out for your arrest on a debt owed.
