Im getting calls from this number and being threatened with lawsuits

i just got that call to from cooper .. a***ole

left a message saying that this is "Attorney Carl Cooper" from financial crime investigation and said that because i did not pay a certain amount to a "Officer Von Davis" from state investigation department my "case and paper work" will be submitted and police will be at my door to arrest me.

They call me And say they r the police from Cali.what

this idiot has called 9 times in three hours and twenty minutes! yesterday the idiot called 10 times! everytime i ask for the idiot's name and address the idiot hangs up on me! i am reporting this number to the FTC.
