I just got a call from this number and it says it's disconnected when u call back do not call me

It is department of riverside county. Calling from their mental health dept.

It is the WIC number ...

Its seems fishy to me.

It's actually RCDMH. It's a place called the journey located in riverside off Blaine st.

This is a number assigned to Riverside County Government, it could be wic, health dept, dpss.....as our calls go through a switchboard it assigns one number for outgoing calls, not sure how exactly it works.  If your voicemail does not say who you are such as "hello this is Jane Doe" and just says something such as "you have reached 760 900 1111" then due to concerns over privacy the workers shouldn't leave a message.  Unfortunately it is policy in regards to privacy and confidential information being given out.  So if you have received numerous calls and have applied for or are receiving any type of help you may want to call your worker.

Ok I dont live in riverside and I got a call from this people and ask me a person name and I said there is no tha person and they ask me my name I gave my name out whith out thinking and then the person on the other end which is a guy say he think he got the wrong number and hung up I have no idea wha thw hake this peole are and I call back says ypur call canot be conplited as dielled and check the number bla bla bla what the f*** is this number any way?

I GOT A CALL ALSO FROM THAT NUMBER WICH I WAS EXPECTING FROM THE COUNTY AND NO WAY I COULD RESCHEDULE SINCE THE NUMBER IS POSTED AS DISCONNECTED OR NOT A WORKING NUMBER.

This is the outgoing number for many county agencies, such as DPSS, the CLinic, etc. Just got several odd calls of monotones in a row, a long beep several in a row.

I think it is my ex. I think he has a program that changes his number when calling mine the card ID comes up as I wonder who lol. we have a restraining order against him and I think he's doing it for harassment

I got this message and it was WIC office in Riverside calling to remind me of my apt. So that's why when you call back it's nothing and that's also why they leave no messages.

I agree..It could be the local animal shelter. I got this call but didn't answer and I volunteer for my local shelter. It better not be the probation office because I am not on probation.

the call i received from this number was from the Riverside City and County Animal Shelter in response to request i submitted online to get our dog neutered.  the message she left had a different return number though.

Called six times today. When I answer it or let it go to voice mail there is just a beeping noise. I tried to call the number and it is disconnected. I have now blocked that number on my phone. But it is still annoying that they call so many times. Even though it is blocked the phone rings once. WANT IT TO STOP !!!!!

this number is to the riverside county public social services! i got the call just a few minutes ago and this lady left me a message saying that she was contacting me in regards to the application i sent in for food stamps and other health benefits and support.. so if you have recently applied for food stamps or any other kind of health related benefits that you are trying to get from the state or your county, obviously and most likely for Riverside County, CA, then thats why they called you... of course that's my best bet and own opinion based upon my own personal experience with receiving a call from the same phone number thats in question...

I just came out of the shower and I see a missed called 10mins ago from this number (951)458-5004 and it said Riverside City O...so I called back ruining it was Medical....but the Medical Office caller I.d. says County of Riverside.....and they do pick up by the way....but when I called back I thought I dialed wrong so I tried again and it said again that the number was disconnected....and I'm trippn....I do have a WIC appointment tomorrowso I'm hoping is that and not C.P.S. like some had said or Probation officer cuz i have done nothing wrong....but this is awkward.....n dumb bcuz it leaaves u hanging n thinking Wtf....

Yeah got a call from them, just tested with them for a position, so I wonder if it is about that or not. No message was left.

This is used by anyone calling from any riverside county office.
This particular call for me was from the health clinic reminding me of an appointment, and they left a voicemail.

I got a call from this number. I tried to call back. The number did not work and no message was left.

i got a call from this number twice.. no message left.. i tried to call back && it said it was diconnected

I  am not on probation or have had any run ins with the law - so a probation officer would not be calling me.

Just got a call this morning with this number 951-358-5004. I accidentally declined the call when I picked up my phone; however, when I called back an operator said the number is not in service or I dialed a wrong number...Weird how this is..Oh well, that is why I refuse to answer any calls that are not in my list.
