i am bieing called every other day. these people have my ss number and say they are with the state attorney out of california. and i must get an attoney cause the police will be arressting me soon. or pay back the money.they also want to know the attoney number if i have one.

This number has been calling me and my job all day..harrasing me and my co workers. they donbt speak english and threatend to have me fired and ill go to jail. They still cannot tell me wha for and why...I want this stopped! anyone know how?

This Curis Jackson called me yesterday sayin he was the s government official. They use the name Ricky Martin and Nathan Wright. They have a thick indian accent. they ARE TERRORIST! TRYING TO GET PERSONAL INFORMATION AND STEAL OUR ID! CALL THE POLICE GIVE THEIR #S> I turned them in and a US Marshall called me... They are on to these guys.... have busted some and are working on the rest! THEY ARE TERRORIST! DO NOT ENTERTAIN THEM!

I received numerous calls from this number stating I owe money.  It's a scam to get money.  In order to file charges they need to go through your own state's county clerks office first.  It is to scare you.

i recieved a call today and when i called back he answers attorney general office i told him my husband is a cop and if he doesnt stop i will press charges i live in miami how do i owe california get a life

same thing....saying state attorney general's office.

By definition, what they are doing is called "extortion". I suggest you contact law enforcement.

Have any of you gotten a loan recently? I did and that is when the calls started...just curious to see who sold our information to these idiots.

This is the oldest scam, scaring people into sending money. Please do not send anyone money for a debt owed if they cannot provide paperwork first.  It is most likely is a scam and you will never see that money again. If you were going to be arrested and a case was filed against  you can locate in on your counties clerk of courts website. Police do not come and arrest you for $400 and $500 debts. Research first!!!!

This guy put my wife in tears today problem is we sent in money and he said is wasn't accepted.  So they said we will be getting it tomorrow in the mail.  That money is gone.

This guy called my wife and he threatened to have my wife arrested if we didnt pay my wife would go to jail.  Then he kept calling saying it was a bad mistake.  I told him he was haraasing us and it needed to stop and he kept doing it.

I have been getting calls from this number.  A man name Jose said to me they have field charges with my name and that I owe $486.96 dollars to Us Attorney General office and if I don't pay they are going to send cops after me and put me in jail. It appears English is not his primary language as he is very difficult to understand.

I also got a text the day before with the person's name that this phone call was asking for.

Same thing happenned to me.  Everytime I hung up on them they would call right back.  I received 10 phone calls in 10 minutes.  I could hardly understand the person on the other end of the line and asked to talk to their supervisor and in so many words (many that I could not understand) they refused.

I've been getting harassed by this number.  He claims his name is Allen Martin from the State Attorney's Office.  He keeps asking for a Carlos.  When I explain to him this is not and has not ever been Carlos's number he doesn't care.  I've asked him to stop calling me and he won't.  As soon as I hang up he keeps calling back.  It appears English is not his primary language as he is very difficult to understand.  He claims I need to call a Derrick Scott at the same number he is calling from to get them to stop calling me.

I've blocked their number so we'll see how long that lasts.

They also kept calling every time that I would hang up. When I would answer they told me that they would keep calling and calling.

Called me saying they were from some loan collection agency telling me that I took a loan from them that I am criminal lady, then told me I was from Bangladesh and he would have me arrested for swearing at him and have me deported. I am from America thank you. Then he had his "boss" calling me saying that he loves me and saying other very derogatory things to me. The two of them literally blew my phone up for 3 days straights saying nasty and derogatory things. Yesterday when they called I was asked if I had gone back to my country yet, and that he loved me and that I was his darling.

Yes they are calling my work number and cell so far they have called me about 10 times already today. I CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHAT HE IS SAYING

they have called my place of employment about 40 times so far today. At one point i was told " I will be teaching you a F*&#king lesson, and keep calling your work until you are fired." Threatened to have me arrested as well.

I got a call this morning saying I owe $690, if i didn't pay within a hour they were coming to pick me up from my job.  I had four charges against me plus spend 90 days in jail an lose my job, I called Attorney General Office they had no file on this,  The Attorney so called name is Randy Carter BEWARE!!!!
