I get calls and texts from this number all the time from different time of day and night please help me thanks

I received that same type of call, but they called my work!!!! When he said that I they were calling from California b/c i had 3 criminal records there (with a heavy foreign accent)..... I basically told him "really! how can that be if i never went there!"  I commenced to tell him to, first not call my place of business for this nonsense; 2 - that i want written documentation of said criminal record, 3 - this is scam and that needs to get a better accent or go back to India were he really comes from and shove his state attorneys office up his butt!!!

Dont be afraid I got the same call this morning from the same f****n Indian but I returned the call at a later time and he answered the phone and I told him that he was being recorded and I had gone to the police and FBI and hangs up on me.

My name is Jack Realson from attorney office of Anderson Law Associates, saying that they have a lawsuit against you, and we have your social security number, as soon as you hear this message I need you or your attorney to return my call as soon as possible at 951-977-1365, now if you fail to returned my call I will feel sorry for you and wish you good luck and God bless you!!!!! So I called back and the same guy that left me this message with an Indian accent said that he needed $$$$ or I was going to be sorry then I told him that I wanted to speak to his attorney and refused so I told Mr. Realson that I had already given this message to police and FBI and then he hung up the phone so I called back and the same guy answered but instead of answering (Anderson Law Firm) he says (Hello) I asked him I like to speak to Mr. Realson and he said I had the wrong number, then I asked him his name and he said (this is your sugar daddy) and he laughs! I told him he was being recorded and hangs up on me again. Now he won't answer his phone. hahahaha he thinks I'm stupid, so people.....pls don't be afraid.

Got a phone call this morning at 7 am stating that he needed my lawyers info because I had a lawsuit against me.   I was given a number to call  but never got a hold of anyone.

Wow, well i just had a guy call me saying that i borrowed money from a loan company and never payed them back when iv never borrowed money from anyone in my entire life. This a total scam the guy called from 951-468-0381 please people dont be fooled by this idiot its a complete hoaxs i also did a reverse phone number find and this guy is calling from river side california. I also reported this to the local police and numbercop.com. He will try and get money from you and say your going to be arrested or theres going to be a warrent out for your arrest or you need to go to court by a sertain time. Hes very rude and you really cant understand him because of his accent.

i just received the same call john williams is the name he used he said a law suit was filed against me in henderson nv and said for me to call 951 468-0398 x359. he said anderson law firm needed to hear from me right away and that he was just a para legal calling on behalf of the firm. he wouldn't answer any questions. i said i'll have channell 13 investigate and hung up.

Thank god for the internet and then again look at the bad that it got all us into. My story is the same as everyone else on here. I want to say thank you all for letting me know about this before I would have gone along with giving them money. I have to say what really messed these guys up is, what lawyer do you know on a Saturday would call you up themselves with no paper work, no emails, and without allowing anytime to respond to their claim. I have to say if it is this bad now, no telling what the hell these kind of people will be doing a couple more years from now. I hope none of us get this b***s*** anymore.

Just happened to me again. That. Mike called my job about a year ago with the same story. Then this morning "Jack " called saying I was going to be arrested. I told him I was already aware of their scam and hung up. He didn't call back.

I recently was the victim of fraud after I attempted to apply for an online loan.  I never hit enter or submitted anything, but my keystrokes were captured as I started to fill out the application.  As my bank stated my "information was captured and sold".  My bank account was hit hard and had to be frozen.  I have had to change emails, phone numbers, and bank accounts.  Since the freeze I have been receiving phone calls from 951-468-0381 at both my home and work.  At work a message was left for me to call Sean at Legal Matters, with a message that I am to return call!  At my home I have received messages that "today I will be arrested at my fornt door" and have been called a "bi***".  The phone number is not a valid number, it goes directly to a busy signal before I can finish dialing.  I have filed a police report and have been advised to call my phone company and to have my work call theirs and have the number blocked.  I have also been advised to disregard the calls.  This is a total violation and they must be stopped!

i got a call from this so called David Parker saying that i and being sued for Violation of Federal Bank Regulations, Check Fraud and Theft By Deception they need to stop bothering me or i will get my lawyer involded

This man called me several times leaving messages that he needed the name of my attorney of record.  Finally I did my research and the message about calling my employers, is covered under the Fair Credit Act.  So I called the number back and the man said he was with Anderson Law Associates and he was Mike Anderson, he spoke very bad english, sound more Indian or Arab.  So I ask him to repeat his name and the company he was representing and he hung up on me.  I tried call back because I was wanted to file a Cease and Desist order and also contact the Federal Trade Commission and file a complaint.  This pratice is ILLEGAL. kNOW YOUR RIGHTS!

My 12 year old daughter got a call from these a** holes and was telling her the same thing they started cursing at her she recOrded the convo I wasn't home at the time telling her she is being sued for check fraud and money laundering in the state of CA I live in Canada and have never been to the united states and my daughter does not have a ssn# she explaine her age and there must b a mistake but they insiste it was her and said that they will arrest her outside of the country!!!! This is a outrage I do not allow cursing in my home and for my child to have a phone call from these kind of low life people cursing her down telling her she is a scammer and she will be effing cought etc etc. I'm not even sure how they got her number it is for family and emergency calls only I am outraged when I called it back it hung up hOw do I get thru to them I want to give them a piece of my mind

Received call from same number yesterday, with some guy on the phone stating that he is calling from a state attorneys office and if I had an attorney. I responded no, and wanted to know what exactly did I need an attorney for. He then claimed that there was a lawsuit filed against me and my social security #, and that he needs my attorneys information asked him to verify the name and the social security #, He stated that he could not release that information, I then told him if there is such a lawsuit send me the info and then I would contact an attorney....he started to get flustered. I then hung up the phone. I tried calling the number back 30min later line just rings then beeps into a voicemail.

So, I just got this phone call on both my cell and at work. Attorney Mike Anderson. I will be calling the sheriff's dept as well.

Same thing happen to me...its scary when it happen to you.

This has happen to me several times as well. This guy is saying he is Jose Williams and first off you can not understand what he is saying. He goes on to saying that some payday cash loan place has sent an affidavit stating they are suing me for some cash advancement. I told the jerk who keeps cutting me off that i have not had any payday loan. He tells me yes you have and you know the dates. I asked what is the dates and amount. He states he do not have that info or the amounts. I asked to speak to someone i could understand. He transfers me and it is him again stating he is a different person. And he asking for my personal info. SCAM

I got a call from this phone number this morning at 8:13 a.m. A man with a thick Indian accent left a message on my voicemail saying that I was being sued, I needed an attorney, and that if I didn't respond right away, then "may God help me." I immediately went online and searched the number-- that's when I read all the similar complaints from people who had also been harassed by this so-called attorney. I then filed a complaint with federal trade commission (www.ftc.gov), and attempted to call the number back to let them know. After calling the number and not getting through 5 times, I finally got through on the 6th time. The man who answered claimed to be "Senior Attorney Chris Miller" of this "Anderson" company. I informed him that I had received a call about an alleged lawsuit. He asked me my name, I played along, then he went on to tell me that I had all these charges against me and he needed to fax legal documents to my lawyer. When I asked him what these charges were in regards to, he wanted to put me on hold. At that point, I said, "Wait, before you put me on hold, I need to let you you know that I've already filed a complaint against this company with the FTC and my local law enforcement, so do not attempt to contact me again." And this is what the guy replied, no lie: "Ms.Johnson, could you do one more thing for me? Suck my d**k!" And he hung up. I was so taken aback, I literally laughed out loud. The absurdity of this scam just floors me.

The same this happened to me. I called my back and then i called the local Police. He tried to say that i took a payday loan out and i didnt. Dumb guy. He is trying to get money out of me. How in the world did they gey my office nuber. I called my local Police and put in a report.

The same thing happened to me about an hour ago.  David Barker from Anderson Law Associates said I had 20 minutes to go purchase a Visa card and fax a letter with my drivers liscense that said I agree to pay $100.00 on Visa card on 7-7-12.  He said I did not pay a pay day loan from 2009.  He asked me who my lawyer was and said I was going to be arrested.He is in L.A. and his e-mail address is ACS.LEGAL@live.com.  His phone number is 951-468-0381 and his fax no. is 1-206-339-6489.  He also had an accent and was hard to understand. So BEWARE
