they called me twice and said i had lawsuits  against  me  and  i told them i didnt know what they was talking about.. i asked questions and  he got very angry!!!  and told me  to get an attorney .. and said good luck with whatever  may happen to me....

Got call yesterday from an adam spencer cussed me out after I said I was not sending money.

I had the same call from an adam spencer with John Best Law Firm in CA.  he told me the three charges and I was going to spend 6 months in jail.  Did anything happen?  I couldn't even get him to give me when the pay day loan was or anything

I just got a call and spoke to some idiot saying that I owed advanced cash usa $300.00. I asked for Chris Miller the Senior attorney, and got this somewhat non speaking english person. He read me my case and had no idea what he was talking about. I asked him several questions, and I told him that I don't have a loan, if I did it was taken care of. Wtf? I called back and he hung up. I called back 5 times and got hung up on..

samething has happen to me,and the name sam scott has been call me on my home phone number and cell phone too. but the number is 760-483-3764 and its all because of me going online looking for a loan and he said the samething to me on the phone. i told him i caled the police and it did not fase him one bit  i agree with you on that.

I am filing a lawsuit against these so called John Best & Adam Spencer Law firms... if anyone on here is interested in being a part of it, maybe we can turn it into a class action lawsuit, so please let me know by reaching me at kozmozbeauty@gmail.com. We have been getting these harrassing phone calls from both supposed law firms stating the same as everyone else above.... that we supposedly received an online payday advance that we supposedly never paid back so now they supposedly have a law suit pending against us from that payday loan company. They all speak with an arabic/indian accent, are all very rude, and quite frankly, as the owner of a credit reporting agency, i do not have the time or patience to deal with such harrassing scams! I have never applied for a payday advance loan, and would never do so online if i ever did have to. This is asinine and needs to stop!

I got one this morning from a guy that sounded like he was from India.  He said he was the paralegal for Adam Spencer.  He told me he needed to have my attorneys name because I was being sued.  I told him I dont have an attorney and asked what I was being sued for.  He wouldnt tell me all he said was that I would find myself behind bars in 6 months and if I wanted more information to call back at the same number he was calling me from and talk to Adam Spencer the attorney.  When I called back all the phone did was ring and then sounded like it was going into a voicemail but I didnt get "you have reached the office of Adam Spencer" or anything like that.  The number they called me from was in Imperial California and it was 760-483-3764.

This person is calling for my mom now, and has been calling for a week now. He says my mom has a outstanding payday loan in California. My has been in Ga for 10 years now so there is no way. He is a scam (Adam Spencer, Johnny Best, Sam Scott) they are calling from a 760 area code.

I just received one of these calls at work today from a man with a heavy accent, telling me I had a lawsuit filed against me and had to call Atty. Adam Spencer at 951-821-8857 ext.359 and he would give me the information about the suit.

I haven't called him yet and i'm not sure if I should!

I have been harrassed, non-stop for two weeks from a man named Sam Scott telling me I have several counts of fraud on my social security number.  He is Asian.  He is relentless.  He says he works for the Law office od Johnny Best at the number 919-282-3166. He requested I callback this number and enter ext. 101 so I may speak directly with attorney Adam Spencer for more information.  When I asked him to remove my phone number from his call list, and explained he also called last week from this number saying I owed for a payday loan with his client (which is not true), he threatened to come to my work, or home to address this.  When speaking to my wife, he also threatened to come to my home and "get her in a room" at which time she hung up.  Someone needs to shut this scammer down!  Tell me what I can do to stop these calls of help in putting these people out of business!  Thank you, John Hancock, Jr.

These people don't quit! They're calling me on 916-238-8469 x101, 845-406-9533, 258-539-1335, 866-593-5475, 210-248-0540, 575-546-1575, 288-835-3595. When I called a number back, I got another person, I could barely understand who said they were Adam Spencer and there was a law suit against my daughter and her ss#. They put me on hold and never came back. So far they've used several numbers to call my house, but my husband is keeping track and reporting the numbers. If you get any calls from these numbers it's a scam.

Received call  threatening with lidigation ,  I have no idea what for , the tel.no. they left no one answers ,
I did no sign up with any one about any moneys , I did fill an application , but was rejected.....
I want these people to be prosecuted ...and I dont want any harassment calls from them

Got a call from "Michael Clark" with an heavy accent stating I was going to be arrested for a loan that I have no idea about. He couldn't give me any info on charges being filed and he was very rude and disrespectful.

Call from 951-468-0421 from someone named Danny Clark (with very thick Indian accent) from Johnny Best Law firm re: lawsuit on my name and SS#.  Same story as everyone else.  I keep ignoring the call because I've gotten the same calls from other numbers also. Same Indian accent with an American sounding name with the same script.  They resurface every one once in a while.

The same people called me and had all of my info. It is totally scam. They called saying  they were the law frim of johnny best and the Spencer. They said the filed 3 lawsuits against me for a payday loan. At first I freaked out because they had all my information and I felt it was a scam. After I checked this site I knew that it was. So thanks. I also got the idea to call them back and harass them as much as they harassed me. As I was calling them back to back they finally answered I started to ask for the information and he wouldnt give it to me because I wouldnt identify myself. They hung up on me so I called back and they kept hanging up or letting it ring, The have no voice mail and when they do answer the phone its unprofessional. I waited a hour called back and a women answered I tried to get info out of her and she told be to suck her d*ck our duck  lol i dunno.

These people are calling saying they are going to arrest my wife and that we owe them money.

Adam called me  said that I had a lawsuit and 3 charges and a warrant for my arrest . I told these morons that it was illegal for payday loans to operate in the state of GA . I just got a call from Adam Spencer . This man spoke with a very strong accent . This fool claimed that there was a pending law suit against me for a pay day loan that I have never taken out . I start receiving calls from an man with an Indian accent claiming I owe him money he is an attorney and I will be sued.  This person has called before andthist is a  scam.  The company was caught, but apparantely they have started again using the number 951-468-0421 and operating out of california now. He was rude and cursed me out using extreme foul language.

I started getting the same calls from a person that could hardly speek English.  Said we had a payday loan and would be arrested too.  They said they were from the Jonny Best Law Office.  They are very harrassing pleople and it is a scam.  Don't fall for it.

Man calls with very strong Indian accent and tells me that I am being arrested for a worthless check to a payday advance company.  He states he is Adam Spencer with the CA bar code # 35271.  He said I owed a total of $539.52 and that they were going to the CA Superior Court tomorrow morning to issue a warrant for my arrest.  When I explained that I would normally hear from the Sheriff's office in my county if that was the case, he stated that he didn't understand what I was saying.  Then he hung up the phone and when I tried calling the number back, no one answered.  SCAM!!!
