I've been getting the same call as well what is going on

the called my daughter in law and ask her if she had any students loans? she said yes, ok now send us 500 dollars or the cops will come to arrest you, and when she told me she had already sent the money only 300 dollas, then i told her not to answer the phone and they still keep calling

I have received a call from this people too, but since last week and they are harrassing me and telling me I have criminal case file under my name and social.  I told them to send me a letter with all the info. then they started to curse me.  I am just tired of these people.

I just got a call from this number as well, he left a voice message, but I can't even understand what he is saying he doesn't speak English clear,  He sounds like he is middle eastern and says he is from the attorney generals office.  What can be done to stop these predators?  This is annoying and I don't even answer my phone anymore!!!!

In one month I got these type of calls from at least 5 different numbers but all saying almost the same thing...and they have my social security number as well...scary!!  What can i  do?

Nuts!!! Over ten calls in the past hour or so....

Accented man, "Peter Richardson" from State Attorney's Office threatening "legal action against my social security number".... literally filled out FBI Cybercrime report while speaking to him and let him know I was doing it.  He called both my cell and work line... the calls continue but I believe they'll stop shortly. There are other ways to track him down.

Today I too got a call from 951-468-8281. They claimed that  I had 3 Charges again me and said after I said Don't call here anymore!  They had my last four of my ssn. They then said You want me to call the ploice and they arrest you.  I said bring them on.  You can contact me at basky01@msn.com and we will bring a class action sute against them.

saying they're from State Attorney General Office

I keep getting calls from a gentleman saying is calling from the California State Attorney Generals office. I can hear other people like a call center. He's called from also block.
He's says they have a case against me. I asked for a case number so I can report them.
He couldn't give it to me.

They keep calling me too at work and on my cell phone threatening to send me to jail.  Funny thing is I don't owe any payday loans and know full well they are trying to scam me for money so I just dont answer.  I looked up this scam and found out it was indeed a scam.

I'm having the same problems! Now they calling my job

Started calling me today.  Messed w/ them real good.  Got him to admit he was from China.  Kept asking for someone I never heard of.  After laughing at his 'tough guy' Chinamen act, I hung up.  Called right back and left a big stupid msg about being from CA attorneys ofc and I owe money. Still didn't have my name.  Dumb, Dumb and Dumber......

I received a call from this number from indian guy claiming to be the senior marshall for attorney generral if I didn't wire him money I would go to jail on my. Loan due that same day called loan company of course they new nothing of it my loan was in good standing

I have filed a complaint with the FBI cyber fraud division with the phone number and information as well as a link to this site.  I would recommend others to do the same.

I have gotten multiple calls from this number and now they are calling my employer as well harrassing them and being rude.  When I call back they are rude and hang up after they realize it is me.  There has to be something that can be done.  They are saying I am evading the charges I owe and telling me they are going to get me fired from my job.  My phone company has blocked the calls.

Thisperson called me several times at my job. He got rude and said that he was from the  attorney generals office and threatened me that I was going to be charged with fraud.

I just go a phone call from this number and they knew everything about me. Said that I was being charged aith larceny and that I could settle it for 1200. I said I could not pay and they said the cops would be at my work place and my home in an hour to put me in jail for 9  months. This is kind of scary that this can happen to people and nothing will be done.

They jus called me as well sayn that I got charges pressed on me and that the cops was on there way to get me smh now they have all my information

This man with a weird axcent keeps calling every couple of mins so i put him on my block list then he trys to call blocked so i answered and i told stop calling that person not here he tried getting rude!so i.hung up

I work for a business in a small town in Nebraska.  This number called for one of our staff.  I told them she doesn't work here, even though she does, and hung up.  He called back immediately and told me if that I kept hanging up on him, it would only make him call more and more.  Well, he wasn't joking.  I track all calls for this business online and he called 45 times in 8 minutes.  I told all other office staff not to answer the phone.  Even at times, he had all three of our lines ringing at once!

I just received a call from this same number. I will report this to the BB.

THEY JUST CALLED ME ABOUT 5 TIMES AND SAID I HAD A WARRANT ON ME FOR BAD CHECKS ETC. THIS IS FROM USING THE INTERNET GIVING OUT OUR INFORMATION THAT IS HOW THEY GET OUR SOCIAL SECURITY, DATE OF BIRTH ETC THE INTERNET IS SC ARY YOU REALLY DONT TRUST IT

OMG!!!!! I just got a call from the same people. They tried to take money out of my account saying I have to pay now or an officer will come to my house and take me to jail for payday loans. They were rude and didn't speak good English. I called back to speak to a supervisor, they knew it was me calling back and then hung up on me. They had all my personal information!!!! Is this for real?

I recieved the same threats. I filled a report, but nothing can be done cuz its a bogus name from the California Attorney Generals Office. They are scammers!!!!! They did have my SSN which is scary.

Keeps calling me and threatening to have me arrested... I quit answering call and now they just called me 5 times in 4 minutes
