I have been getting the same phone calls for a couple of weeks and they were getting more harrassing by the day.  The person calling me was named Frank Job, then it turned to Officer Frank Job.  I let the calls go to my voice mail.  So today I decide to stop this craziness.  I called the number and asked for Frank.  Man with an accent & very bad English stated it was he.  I asked for the companies name and address, which for some reason he could provide other than the FRANSEN & MOLINARO (but couldn't spell the Molinaro name for me).  He started rambling on and asked why I wanted the address.  I nicely stated I need it becuase "You are harassing me and I'm reporting you to the FTC" and he hung up on me.  I called back and the phone hung up again.

This is the second call I have received from them 951-489-0237 that I have picked up, last time they sent me to a supervisor because I told them to send me to one, THIS IS A CALL CENTER, you can hear it in the background. What do we have to do to get them to stop.

We went through this with this @@S CLOWN a few weeks ago. We contacted BofA with all the information and they handled the closing of that checking acct and the opening of a new one. We had looked into a payday loan but decided against completing the loan. A few days later this guy called and the longer he was on the phone the more suspicious I got. He had a hard time spitting out the address of his law firm, which back them was in Annapolis Maryland and the funny part was he couldn't spell Annapolis. Hadn't heard from him since until  this morning when he left another voice mail on the phone. He seems to have moved across country to California  as he is from the above mentioned firm. The moral of the story, just take a minute and think about this logically. I think if he calls back and I am here I am going to have fun with this guy. If I can waist his time he cant be calling anyone else. The first number he  called from was 410-834-2822

I had this very same company calling me but they also called me from this number: 408-329-9253
They say that they were going to send the police out to arrest me too. They also called my job and told them that I committed social security fraud. This is my job they are messing with. They also used the name Don Rogers too. They are liars and scam artists beware. They have my ssn and checking acct number too. My husband is active duty Military and I will see what they have to say about it.

I received a call at 9:08 CT from 951-489-0237 which transferred me to his "Senior Attorney" Albert Johnson. Told me they tried to retrieve money from my account for a payday loan and it was denied. They had an arrest warrant issued for me and my manager. They had my social security number and email address. I reported this information to an attorney friend.

My husband got a call this morning at work threatening arrest warrant if we didn't pay $200 within 1/2 hour. We closed our bank account and notified our local police department. They had all of our personal information which is concerning. Our caller was Albert Johnson but Albert had a foreign accent. Our police department said there is not much they can do, his suggestion was to call our local phone company and cell phone company and have that number blocked. I am going to try tracing the number and see if we get anywhere that way.

does anyone know the name of this company? as i too have been harased and would like to go after them..

I just received a call from 951.489.0237 at my place of business saying that there was a lawsuit against me and that I would be arrested at my job because I owe money for a payday loan.  I have never taken out a payday loan.  I got the number and his name and I will report this to the police today.  Please post any results you may have had.  Thank you.

Oh my GOD Kelly, your exact situation just happended to me they have been calling me for months and I waas so afraid of who they were. Are you saying this is a fraud??? I have had a pay day loan in the past, but I want to insure if these people are real or not, plus their english is so bad I couldn't understand a word he said, his name was Don Rogers too and he called my cell, home and work number how can we stop these harassing calls???

I too received a call yesterday (10.03.11) from Don Rogers from the same phone number (951.489.0237 ext. 9030), claiming he was with the law firm Fracen & Molinero out of CA. The voice message said I "was being sued and needed to call back immediately to resolve". I called back and Mr. Rogers informed me that I had recieved a cash advance in the amount of $215 and my options where to either pay $325 per my debit card right then and there or they would arrest me today (10.04.11) at my place of employment.  He also informed me that if I were arrested I would end up paying $1,597.  When I started requesting information like "When was the $215 deposited into my checking out?" "Can you please give a transaction date?" "Can you give me a confirmation or reference code?" he became argumentative and kept repeating himself saying "you have 2 options...either pay $325 today or go to jail tomorrow". So, I informed him that I too work at a law firm and I have the right to request and be given the information that I was requesting so that I may pull my bank statement to prove that this transaction never took place! He informed me that "I do not have the information you are requesting." I proceeded to ask him "Why would he not have that type of information if he had a viable case "proving" that I owed this money?" He become angry and yelled at me that I "was REFUSING to resolve this matter without involving the courts" I repeated myself saying "I am attempting to resolved this matter for my sake as well as your clients." He hung up on me. So I called back and asked "Sir, why did you hell and then hang up on me?" His response "We're closing! Are you going to pay the $325 or go to jail?" I said "No sir I am NOT going to pay you or anyone for the matter any money until YOU and YOUR client, in which you refuse to give me their name, PROVE that I received these funds and owe it! You are more than WELCOME to have a warrant issued for my arrest and have me picked up at work tomorrow morning per your earlier threat and promise of by 10 am." Mr. Rogers then informed me that he "would hold my case until this morning (10.04.11) and call me back at 8 am with more information." It is now 12:20 pm (10.04.11) and I have NOT been arrested nor has he called back.

He had all of my personal information... personal cell phone number, direct work number, place of employment, work email address, full and complete checking account number as well as social security number!!!

Did some research last night... there is a firm in California... Fransen & Molinaro... please note that Mr. Rogers spelled it differently... switching the "s" with a "c" in Fransen and the "a" with an "e" in Molinaro.  I called this firm last night and attempted to reach Mr. Don Rogers as well as tried the extension... the automated system informed me that ext. 9030 "wasn't a working extension".

I was telling a co-worker about this, in the event that I was arrested this morning and she told me to google the number and I came across this site! Glad I did! Will be calling the police as well as my bank and notifying all the credit bureaus!

I revived the same call from the same.number but the.last.diget was 8 lol to funny and they told me the same thing

Received a call from this number today and all the information stated above was said to me except he called himself Don Rogers and again, stated that I had received a payday loan and that when the company realized that I wasn't going to do a larger payday loan, they decided to pull the money back out of my account.  That it was a sum of $215 and that all I had to do to avoid arrest, was get a greendot card from Walmart or Walgreens in the amt of $315 and then call back within 45 minutes and give them the number on the loaded card and all would be dropped and forgotten.  I have already reported this to the police in my area.  Scary scary stuff!!

Good for you, Tiffany! I went to the police and they took a report. They said someone else complained about them that morning too. I thought I was safe because my # is unlisted and I never give out my real number to strangers. I hope this guy gets charges brought against him!

Omg i tough i was the only one, this is happening to me 2. This guy from this same number called me fromm the number 951-489-0237 and told me to pay $315. Told me to buy a Green Dot card from walmart or walgreens load the moy n call him back, and im glad i didnt, i'm going to report this as well and probably go to the news

They called here saying his name was Officer Albert Johnson and I was involved in a fraud. I'm going to the police right now to report this. I'll write back with any results.

Called wanting me to pay them 297 dollars for a ck I didn't even write. Said if I didn't pay them now the would put an arrest warrant out on me. Found out it is a scam. Going to the police my self. To see what they can do about this they said their name was albert johnson. Had my address work place ck account number very scary stuff.

Got a that they had a warrant for my arrest I didn't even get a loan how can we stop this? He had my name ck account # my work my address he used the name Albert Johnson. I don't understand why they upset people like this. Isn't there someway to stop them. Please reply

Got a call today stating that there was a warrant for my arrest for a payday loan.  I have never recieved a loan.  He said his name was Mark Brown and he was calling from a law firm.  He would not give the name of the law firm or the company that I was to have the payday loan with.  I checked local police departments and  the arrest warrant was false.  When I called back to confront him, he hung up on me.  It is a scare tactic to get money.   Beware!
