I received a call this morning at exactly 9:30 a.m. Caller (woman) asked to speak to Mr. & Mrs. Smith regarding something about electricity. I immediately interrupted and stated "you have the wrong number and please remove my number from your calling list.". Hopefully that works and I don't get another call!

Received call today, 9/12/2013 from 951.526.1078. Person calling mumbled their name and who they were representing, then asked if I was ***(my name). I asked them to repeat who they represented, and the person said, "I am not trying to sell you anything, I am trying to help you...", then wanted to know how much my monthly electric bill was to see if I qualified for the 'electric bill reduction program' they wanted to promote. I said, "I do not share information over the phone", and was told they already had my information. I repeated myself a number of times, "I don't share information over the phone", and finally hung up. Caller called back in a few minutes and told me that I shouldn't have hung up, and proceeded to repeat his 'pitch' about 'not trying to sell me something, but wanting to help me'. I finally requested his/her supervisor, Sandra? who told me that if I didn't want to be called I could tell them to put my name on the do not call list.
Very rude, persistent, antagonistic caller.

Got a call twice on 08-29-13 at 2:51pm and 3:58pm and said "Hello" three times with a dead silence on the other end. This is very rude and this is not the only day that this was done. I hope this never happens again, but I am sure that it will and will have the dead silence once again.
