Received a text message at 4:11 AM EST, stating I had won a $1000 Best Buy gift card. It provided a website to visit and a winning code.
THIS IS A SCAM
Do not visit the website, do not respond to the text message. I did not do either, but I know how these scams work; it could mean spyware on your computer/phone and an empty bank account.
I have extensive means of finding out who people are and where they are, and I am looking further into this.

I just recieved a phone call from the same number 951-536-1260. It came in about 1am pacific.I did not call the number, due to just meeting an old friend. Told me they recieved the same message about a month ago.
So I went online to find it is a scam. I just now called the number and the SPRINT mailbox is full. I'm calling Sprint next. Thank you for the warning. I was hoping form a new TV. Ouch! That hurts!!!
