I continue to get the same type of messages and he is now also calling my job. I am not sure what he wants it seems like he just wants to threaten you because when you start to ask him questions or try to figure out exactly what he wants he gets upset and hangs up. However he makes very serious threats about fraud, check charges, and contacting your employer to get you fired. I have never wrote a bad check or done any fraudulent activity so I am very confused. I think we should all contact our local law enforcement office.

Please stop writing in all caps.  It's annoying for everyone.

YEP THE SAME PERSON..DAVID JONES...AND JOSH MATTHEWS - CALLING PEOPLE I KNOW THREATENING THEM SAYING ITS SOME FRAUD ISSUE AND THEY'RE INVOLVED AND WHAT NOT....AND ANYTIME I TRY TO TALK TO THEM THEY GET UPSET AND END UP HANGING UP ON ME WHEN I QUESTION WHAT ITS ABOUT - AND THEN I CANT REACH ANYONE WHEN I CALL BACK.

i HAVE RECIEVED A SEVERAL MESSAGES FROM THIS SO CALL "FOREIGN" PERSON, HE GAVE ME THE NAME OF DAVID JONES YESTERDAY AND TODAY WHEN HE CALLED HIS NAME IS "ERIC", SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS PERSON.  HE HAS STARTED TO CALL MY WORK TO GET MONEY!!!  HE HAS THREATENED TO HAVE ME FIRED!!!!!

I have received several messeages fron this so call "foreign" person, he gave me the name of David Jones,yesterday and today he is Eric, Please help to find out who this is, he has started to call my work trying to get money!! He has also threatened to have me fired if I dont respond.

This guy just called our place of business and asked to speak to someone in sales.  I said that person wasn't available.  The guy on the phone who barely spoke english said it was very important my sales guy returned his call.  He gave me a name of Dan Wilson. . . . .  most foreign sounding "dan wilson" i've ever heard of.

i just received one today an five yesterday. his name was josh matthews an totally didnt speak a lick of english but fromwat i understood he said lawfirm fraud check fraudan said i owed soemoen money he had my bank number an my social but once i started provideing info he was wrong he got hostile an swore at me an hung up an now wheni call the number back noone answers but it sounds like soemone picks up..

I keep getting messages on my recorder and who ever it is does not speak very good english. I called them back and he wont tell me where he is calling from and what he wants. He says it is a law firm. like i said he does not speak very good english. i tried to tell him i want to speak to someone i can understand, he told me no. he said if i dont give him the information he wants he will harrass me. i am very angry. please help me figure out who this is. he leaves 4 messages a day.
