Well everybody, I am in the same boat except I am on the East Coast.  Whoever is running the scheme behind this 951-616-6885 are a-holes and have no life at all.  They called me for three days straight leaving voice mails and so on the fourth day I said what the hell and called the number they gave me.  As described, the person who answer had an Indian accent and I could hardly understand them.  They proceeded to say I had an outstanding debt owed to a payday loan company saying that I had taken a $400 loan into my First Internet Bank of Indiana account in March 2009.  Yes I do have an FIBI account, but first of all and above all else, the account was not opened until May so at the time they said this loan took place my account was not even in existence.  It's bu***hit and then I checked with the bank and there were no such loans that took place.  They had said that I have one day to come up with a little over a thousand dollars or cops are coming to my residence and I am going to be arrested and such.  Upon finding out there were no such loans credited to my account and considering the fact my account was not even in existence when they said the loan took place, I told them this and told them do whatever they want because I have evidence to prove otherwise as I was getting so fed up with them I wanted to curse at them.  I then proceeded to ask who exactly were they and they would not answer my question directly and kept on asking me for personal information and then said do I know two people whose names I won't mention but the fact is I did and they are really close to me but how these people got all this information is astounding and sort of scary to me in a way.  So, when I told them they were wrong and horrible bullshitters because there were so many red flags that got them edgy and they hung up.  What I want to know is how did they get this information?  They said one of the people that they asked me if I knew was a reference for the loan and so they are just as responsible but we all know that's not true and they asked if I had an attorney and playing along with it at first, I told them no I did not and they said it was a problem.  I didn't tell them this but this is another red flag because in the United States if you can't afford an attorney one will be appointed so, for real, what's the problem?  Whoever is behind this number are bullshitters and absolutely have no lives and I can't wait for them to get caught.  I will laugh so hard and feel content and satisfied to find justice served against them because it is not fair or right for them to put people what they put me through for those 45 minutes or so that I wasted on them.  When they called me, it was a blocked number but they always left voice mails when I didn't answer saying to call back the infamous 951-616-6885 number.

Had a message on my cell phone from somebody who claimed her name was Jenny Lawson, which I do not believe as they had a very strong accent.  There was a lot of static and background noise.  Said that myself or attorney needed to call back immediately to "Law Firm" because the issuant was very time sensitive, and if I chose to ignore the "warning" and not call back, the only thing that they could do was "wish me luck on the situation that would unfold upon me". they said the phone number 951-616-6885 twice and then ended the call with something that sounded like "goodbye and goodluck to you and your children"

This lady with a thick accent called me at work and said I took out some loan and they deposited funds into my bank. NOT Ihave the statement. She said my legal fees were now up to 5,000 and if I did not pay they were taking me to court and suing me. I never took out a loan with them and they called me on my cell of all places,

AND THAT I RECIEVE 300.00 IN MY BANK ACCOUNT BACK IN 12/2008...I OWED THEM 531.00 DOLLARS....THEN HE STARTED TALKING BOUT LAWYER FEES HE KEPT ADDING ALL KINDS OF FEES THAT I WOULD HAVE TOO PAY IF THEY TAKE ME TOO COURT IF I DON'T TAKE CARE OF THIS MATTER RIGHT AWAY NO LATER THAN TOMORROW, BUT PRIOR TO THAT PHONE CONVERSATION WE HAD TODAY..... I RECEIVE VOICE MAILS. AND ONE OF THE MESSAGE THAT WAS LEFT ON A VOICE MAIL SAYING I NEED TO RETURN THERE CALL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE DO NOT DISREGRAUD THIS PHONE CALL OR HAVE MY ATTORNEY TO CALL OR I'M GOING TO JAIL AND BE AWAY FROM MY KIDS FOR A LONG TIME IF I DON'T RESOLVE THIS MATTER.....AND THE NUMBER THAT WAS LEFT FOR ME TOO CALL WAS THIS NUMBER(951)616-6886 I CALL THE NUMBER SPOKE WITH ROMAN ANDERSON HE ASK FOR THE CASE NUMBER I TOLD HIM I DIDN'T HAVE ONE HE SAID U DON'T HAVE A NUMBER U SHOULD HAVE ONE BUT THEN HE KNEW WHO I WAS WITHOUT ME TELLING HIM WHO I WAS.. I LET HIM KNOW THAT I GOOGLE OUT THE NUMBER AND ALL I SEE IS COMPLAINTS WHERE THEY CALLING AND HARRASSING PEOPLE BOUT MONEY ,THREATING TO TAKE PEOPLE TO COURT I TOLDEM SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT YOUR COMPANY SOUNDS LIKE A SCAMMER TO ME....HE SAID WELL WHY ARE YOU WAISTING MY TIME RESOLVE IT IN COURT AND HE HUNG UP......

someone by last name ALEXANDER called- cant speak english and threatened me that this was my last and final call- that I would be picked up by the law and escorted to jail or courthouse....they keep calling my office number and my cell number----can this be stopped, I am tired of harrassement.

Yeah, i got a call to.  He had a very thick accent, and He called himself Robert Richardson.  When i asked him not to call me cell phone, he called my job, not knowing that all calls are recorded where i work.  But he didn't know he messed up when he called this girl.  Threatening, tell me the cops are gonna be at my house at 11:00 to drag me to jail.  Most creditors know that they can't threaten, she he just wanted some money.  Which he ain't getting.  He must don't know that this is 2009, people are more smarter then most think.  I actually hope he calls back.  It was funny cause friday he told me that it would be monday, and today it's tuesday.  I can't woit for him to call me again.

These people have called me on 7 different occasions in one day, and i've made it very clear of them to stop calling or i was pressing harassment charges against them.The guy that called Robert is very rude,and will not get the hint. They keep trying to tell me i owe them money, and I know darn well I don't owe them anything. I don't use the internet for purchases of anything on the internet. I'm asking that something be done to these people so they stop calling me as of right now.Thank you

I had serious problems with these people a couple days ago.  When I started asking for their California bar ID#'s, they tried telling me they didn't have to disclose that information.  I then decided to call my local Bureau which is Alabama Bureau of Invest. and then I also called the FBI, and the Cali. Bureau Riverside office because these #'s are from Moreno Valley California.  When I told them that they had been turned in to the fed's they told me to "Go to hell!"  I haven't heard anything from them since... They called me on the 875 area code number(which is a spoof area code) but told me to call back on the 951 #... if anyone else has any other problems and needs any help with who to call, I'll be glad to help simple becaue these people threatened to physically hurt me after I told them I didn't believe them and I wanted proof.  This shouldn't be happening to anyone and if there's anything I can do to help stop them, I will!!! Beware, these people MAY HAVE YOUR HOME ADDRESS, AS THEY DID MINE AND THREATENED ME WITH IT!!! The last thing they said was "You better be watching, because someone WILL BE at your HOME and will PHYSICALLY DRAG you to a courthouse, and I WOULD NOT WANT TO FIGHT THEN!"

I've been receiving all kinds of calls like this and have been reporting all the numbers to the FBI, Secret Service and the Federal Trade Commission.  Someone needs to stop these people.  I just got a call from a Robert and he left a message for me or my lawyer to call them.  I tried calling back and it sounds like a fax machine.  The number is 951-616-6886.  I then got online and googled the number and found out it was another scam.

On September 23, 2009, a woman with a thick Indian accent called me at work around 6:05pm. She claimed she was a representative of National Advance Payday Services, phone number 951.616.6885. She told me that she had proof that her company had deposited $300 into my savings account in June of 2009, and that she also had proof that I accepted and withdrew the money out of my account. This is false, as I closed out that account and switched banks in June. She told me that she also had proof that her company had sent me 15 e-mails per month since June demanding payments, and since I haven't payed them back, I would be sued. She read off the last four digits of my social security number, as well as my e-mail address and information on my boyfriend and a coworker. It was hard to understand the woman because the connection kept breaking up, as if she was on a cell phone. She put me on hold twice, and each time came back to tell me that if I didn't pay them over $1000 over the phone, they would a) report me to whomever is in charge of credit scores and flag me  b) come to my place of employment the next day and tell my boss what I have done "to shame him,"  c) have me arrested at my job  and d) have my boyfriend and coworker arrested. I told her repeatedly that I had proof of my June statement that there was no such deposit and proof that that account was closed out. She also told me that I need to show up at court on Friday morning, though she didn't tell me what time or which courthouse to be at. She asked for my lawyers information, and I told her that I don't have a lawyer because I have never done business with her company. After nearly 25 minutes she told me to stop waisting her time and to authorize a money transfer, to which I said, "No, you do not have my permission." She again told me that they would be arresting me at work on September 24, and then wished me good luck and hung up.

They just called my cell phone, said she was Jenny (Lawson??)  Bad accent, said that I or my Attorny need to call back, and that if I didnt, something bad would "befall" me.

I posted on here yesterday about them calling me, but today it took a turn for the worst. When I got to work today they had already called for me three times. Today they called me at work 9 times in all! The managers were answering the phone and hanging up on them, but I did answer the phone twice. The first time I answered it was the woman "Sara" again. She asked if I remembered her from yesterday and that this was my final warning. I told her that I had reported her and the phone number to the police AND the FBI (which I did, and the FBI said to just hang up on them), and I told her that I knew it was a scam and to stop calling me at home and work. She actually said, "Ma'am, this is a scam, and I will not call you anymore. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you." I hung up the phone and thought it was over. This was about 3:45pm. Then around 5:30pm, I answered the phone and it was a man with an Indian accent, with the same type of background noise as when the woman called. He said, "Meredith? Okay, I'm coming to rape you." I asked who this was, and he came up with the name "Jason" and I want to say "Lawson" for the last name, but I'm not sure because the phone kept cutting out. I said, "Look, I've reported you guys to the police and the FBI" He said, "No, you don't understand. I am coming to assault you. I am a bloody rapist." I told him to get a real job instead of harassing people, and he said, "I do have a real job. I work for the law firm, and I am going to rape you." I hung up and called the police station, but they had me leave a message with the officer who was taking care of the case.

I just went the the address that they gave me.  1432 Hoffman lane in Cali, and it's a house.  I wrote on hear earlier.  This dude called my Job.  his name was robert richardson.  I then called back and used one of the names on here and he got on the phone.  it's quite fun for me.  Everytime he calls, i let him go on an on about whatever until he can't talk anymore.  But this address is a house.  I just looked it up.  These poeple don't understand that we have internet.

Hey I have posted here twice before regarding this number and I am just posting today to let you guys know that ever since the people from this number told me cops are coming last Friday and that no cops ever did show because they were a scam they have not called me.  These losers finally realize we are not as stupid as they make think.  Haa!!

This people called law firm, from jenny lawson,office they called me ,that if I, don;t pay them 1,250 dollars by this date I was going to court and 4months in jail for doing fraud because I did not want to pay them back, the bad thing about it they really good, I paid them, now I had to call credit bureau, equifax and some other companies,to stop fraud Is there anything they can do about this people.

I got a call from someone who doesnt speak english very well claiming they were with hartlin-dacus law firm in florida. they said they were suing me for some payday loan company loan that I had supposedly taken out.

these people were rude and ugly to me then hung up when i demanded proof.
when i attempted to call back on the number they gave me it didnt work.

I recieved a call as well just now and when I returned the phone call I spoke to David Jones who just kept on asking for my phone number and that I had a lawsuit against me. I kept on asking for more information on what type of lawfirm this was and who they were representing. He(David)had said unless I give him my phone number he can not help me, I never did give him the number and just kept on asking him questions and then he hung up.

These people called me saying that I was gonna go to jail and when I told them I was an attorney they hung up . I also called the better business bureau 916-443-6843  on these people

I just had a message left on my cell phone telling me if I didn't return a call to this number they would see me in court.  But never said who they were calling from-could hardly understand them. When they called my cell they blocked the number.

I just received a call from a guy that could barely speak english claiming his name was Jacob Morris and that I had a loan from Cashnet.com payday advance that I had taken out in January 09. I would have a officer at my door in the morning with a warrant. He called me at work of all places and he was VERY RUDE!!!! I looked at my account through my bank that I supposably had this loan credited just for the kicks. There was nothing. I am going to contact the local PD with this number and hopefully none of us will receive anymore of these calls.
