Received several messages from "Michelle".  I had to replay the message several times because they spoke so fast I could not understand the "reference" number.  When I called back WITH MY ATTORNEY they stated they were unable to locate my supposed outstanding account.  This is a scam, do not fall victim to it.  Call your Attorney Generals office and lodge a complaint like I did.  Hence so far my threatening phone called have ceased.

got a call to call back 12/29/11 which I did, come to find out it cost me $.15 to make that call.   Idiots.

951 737 0346 looking for an Amy Lyngstad. Michelle Jensen is the name the caller used. 713 469 9399 is another number. Thing is this Lyngstad uses other people's identity to commit online fraud and the FBI lets her. She used random numbers from all over the USA. Maybe she used yours?

My grandmother got a call from this number asking for me and then proceeded to threaten her. Moments later she had a heart attack. This people are harrassing older people into life threatening conditions

Got two messages from this number in the same amount of days.  This number also called my mother (I have never lived with her at that address or phone #) with essentially the same message.  Two of the calls were from Michelle and its regarding a "pending action" and that I or my legal representative need to call ASAP.  The third message was from Gary Dunn stating he'd left "numerous messages without response".  I just called them now and got some guy who answered "corporate office" and then refused to answer when I asked what company he was with.  He waited a moment and then said "typically when you call someone you say something" and then hung up on me.  Apparently he couldn't hear me???   I called back and a John Russo told me it is from an old payday loan from 2006 (that was paid off).  He said I should have been served papers (nope) and said for me to fax over the letter stating it was paid off... a letter from 6 years ago?  Why would I still have that?  I said I would try looking and he rudely told me "good luck with that" before hanging up.  Apparently there is no Gary or Michelle there... they call from another office and these guys just handle the inbound calls.  Per John this is an answering service for a lot of collection agencies.

January 5th. Got a call from the number 760-705-8888. It sounded like a recording, and it looped just after my voice mail picked it up. The man stated his name as Gary Dunn. Than rudely asserted that he has called and left messages, with out a return call. He asked that I call back at 951-637-0346. Needless to say he has not called before and I will not return his call. Thank you all for sharing your experiences, to let others know this is a scam!

I received a call from a Steven White stating they were calling for someone else and needed him to call immediately as it was about a "class action law suit". Caller stated that this person should return the call to 951-637-0346 but the caller called in from 216-759-3315 (Cleveland, OH). I called my friend they named and he called the 951 # back. All they had was his given name and his birthday. They claimed that he had taken out a "bank account" through the internet and was advanced $500 into this account. If he did not pay with a credit card immediately he would have a law suit brought against him. But they do not have an address or any other personal information.

A woman called from a Houston (713) stating there was a complaint filed against me and that myself or my representative should call back 951-637-0346

Listen David Hunter- I will whip your behind if you ever call me again.  If you want a good A-- beating call me back again!. Let's meet up so I can give you a LouisVille Slugger across your fat head.

Received a call from a Gary Dunn, who stated that he had "left several messages already without a return call".  Let's recap - I check my voicemail daily and no Gary Dunn has every called me.  Additonally, he sounded pissed that he actually had to leave a message.  Have since blocked this mnumber from my phone.  Did ot state the nature of his call nor the companty he was representing.  Can't imagine why I won't be calling him back?!  LOL

Got one from Gary Dunn said he has left several messages and no responce, I have never heard of this guy. Same as others calls from760-705-8888 and says to call him at 951-637-0346. By the way he sounds rude to me, and I would NEVER call him back....

I received a message from a Gary Dunn. CAller ID said 760-705-8888 but he told me to call back 951-637-0346.  He said he has left several messages for me with no return call and that I had to call him back. No subject or reason for call was indicated, nor have I ever received a call from him.

I am not calling him back.

Keeps calling

My ex-mother in law, or mom as I call her, got a call for me today.  It was some woman she said.  The call came from 951-637-0346 and they wanted an immediate call back because there was something that was or will be filled against me.  That asked if I still lived in a town I moved from OVER 5 years ago.  Anyone know what it is? Seems it is some fraud........ Not sure though.

I too received a call from David Hunter yesterday morning, saying he's called and left messages at my number and he needs a call back TODAY.  He was very RUDE on his voicemail and I have no idea what its about.  The number he left was a 951 #, but the number that showed up on my caller ID was 760-705-8888 and the name showed up as Maura Collins.  Frustrated and I Absolutely REFUSE to call some jerkwad back!

Brother received ONE call from this David Hunter character yesterday, (assuming he's real) very threatening, saying he left several messages when that was the first. Number was (951) 637-0346. He never explained the nature of the call either, just that he demanded a call back "TODAY!!!"

Received 'urgent' message to call this number. Like earlier post, ID indicated the call came from Houston area. I was not left a name but was told that a claim was lodged against me and either myself or my 'counsel' needed to call immediately.  I tried calling number but received a message stating that the office was close at this time and transfered to a directory.

Ditto from David Hunter, very, very threatening, scary in fact.  No one here by the Marilyn Dickson name and the person answering the phone could not trace David Hunter.   I plan to file a complaint with CA G's office as the number on the reader board of my phone came from Jason Essex in San Diego.l
