These morons called me four times already... I am praying to GOD they they will call again because they are in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act 47 U.S.C. § 227 and also 16 C.F.R 310.4(b)(iii)(A) prohibits calling anybody who has previously asked not to be called, you can be compensated for these idiots calling you.

First call i recived i said "no thanks don't call me"

Second call i revived i said "stop calling me"  

Immediatly after hanging up i recived a third call which hung up on me

Finally today they called again and i was in the office so i refrained from using colorful language and said "dont call me!"

I plan to pursue if they continue to call.. if you get called lets build a list of people getting annoyed by these low-lifes email me at Halanjary123@gmail.com from what i read you can be compensated up to 4,000 for this.

While trying to wade thrugh a mortgage workout appliaction with BOA,  one of the guys asked me to update my contact phone number.  I said ONLY contact number was 951-734-8078   having NO earthly ida where it had come from, .  Surprise! Surprise!  It is one   THEIR OWN old Countrywide non-working numbers!  I smell a s*** rat in the house!   I had been denied a loan mod because WHY f*cken a**holes.    T  Now I knw why.  Somebody at BOA is sabatoging my attempts to get my mortgage modified!  That number did NOT just magically get typed in there all by itself!

So I am sitting here watching Dateline and they have this story on about this creep in Corona, CA that sells this time release whey protien powder and how it is mostly baking soda. The guy puts it in a fancy container with all kinds of claims. They went on about how the stuff is not even approved by the FDA and how he is trying to make a quick buck at the expense of others. Unbelieveable. If it comes back on I am going to record it. Facinating look into the stuff people are putting into their bodies.

This David F. Miller dude is nuts! He is crazier than a s*** house rat is all I can say. I call this guy with a couple of questions about his product, after all I am putting this stuff in my body. It's clear that you have a personal problem with Vita Source, but to suggest that only Vitaceuticals or Vita-TRP has the formula... your product is poor quality. I've always been a fan of supplements, because they are affordable, but when I step into the store I was kind of shocked how sparse the selection is. Then I'm stopped by a very friendly, eager sales guy. "Hey bro, how can I help you." Oh snaps, quick, quick: WWBD - what would a bro do? I keep forgetting that when I took on the role of bodybuilding, that I am in a different class of people. As I explain what I am there for, I realize he's not going to let me walk out with a $15 canister of creatine. First he tries to tell me how I don't need it. Then proceeds to show me a larger, much more expensive looking canister of... I'm still not sure what is in it. He proceeds to tell me how it will help me plateau, but I just started training again after a three month hiatus; there is no plateau, bro.

Just before his swol sales pitch starts to take hold of my logic, I get a reality check and start refuting his points. You'd think he'd stop there and respect my choice, but now he's really on fire. "So, how long has your trainer been doing this? Because I use to train too, so I know what I am talking about." Before he proceeds to turn this into a pissing party, I get firm with him and he gives me the creatine I came  for. Sadly, I had to stand there and listen to him for a few more seconds while my debit transaction cleared. Phew, I'm so glad I survived to tell the story.

I never called this clown. i was out of the country on the date he claims I called. This is the same perdon that claims he ordered our product.
