I get repeated recorded calls from 951-774-3800 to my cellphone. When I called back it goes to "money control" office. Who's the real culprit?

They call and call on my cell phone but won't tell me what their company does. I called the number back and told them they had the wrong person and the jerk hung up on me. I am fixing to file a report because they won't stop calling.

they call my cell phone let it ring twice dont know who they are or what they are calling for since I dont owe anyone any money but they dont wait for an answer and dont answer when you call back maybe its a scam to have you call back so later they can imply that they tried to collect but you said no. who knows

yeah, even I got a call from this number. They are money collection agencies and would be apointed by certain companies who had to collect any long pending amount for them. In my case, I had to pay some amount for AT&T land line bill and they called me & asked me to settle the account.

I have had repeated calls and no messages...they just call 2 or more times a day and don't let me know what they want. I have yet to answer.

Let the answering machine take the call. Make sure the recording says "This number is registered in the National Do Not Call Registry. If you call again, you are violating the law and this phone will be reported"
You may also file a complaint if you received a call that used a recorded message instead of a live person (whether or not your number was on the Registry). https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx?panel=2
This is what happens to people like them: http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/microsites/donotcall/mediacenter.html

I have a small hand held tape recorder and a device (cost about $20.00) that allows me to record conversations on my land line. When I get these types of calls I advise them that I am recording the conversation, turn on the recorder and tell them plainly to remove my number from their list and to not call my number again. Problem solved - no more calls. Do not let them engage you in conversation - talk over them if you need to and just repeat the phrase "do not call this number xxx-xxx-xxxx again".
With this Money Control company, they were calling me several times a day and hanging up. Again, just pull out the tape recorder and hook it up to the gizmo to record phone conversations - call Money Control (always wait to get the name of the person and THEN tell them you are recording, otherwise they will just hang up when you say you are recording the call). Please be sure to check the laws for your particular state to make sure it is legal to record conversations.
My comment here is not intended as any type of legal advice.

these people call all different times of day, and from what I have found out from the BBB is that it is a scam and could be ID theft. They say that they are a collection service, I don't have anything outstanding or in collection and when I check with all three reporting creit companies they said to be VERY aware of these people........So watch out

Just received a call from "Money Control" on our office phone. Answered, and no one was on the line. We don't have any outstanding collection accounts, not sure what they want. Probably trying to solicit business.

1 951 774 3800 (Money Control) has been calling my house repeatedly even though I have answered them (1 800 934-0590)and asked them to take my name off their phone call list; that I am not the one they are seeking by name or address; and that I am on the "do not call list".
