I got this call on my cell phone at a little before 1am EST.  When I answered they didn't say anything and just hung up.  Seemed a bit strange though since I don't know anyone with a 951 area code, and I don't give this number out to many people or places.

got a call from this number at 2:25am, waking me from a sound sleep.  when i picked up, i got a dial tone.  believe me, if i find out who it is, they WILL be reported to the police.

Same story as above.  Sunday night  11:30PM EST.  My wife answered the phone and they asked for me by name.  When my wife asked who was calling they hung up.  The caller was female and what was described as an Indian accent.

Not sure who called. No message left and  number is not working when i called back.

Called about 9pm on my work line at my office (was working late)

Didn't say anything

Got a call around 3:30 AM EST. Man's voice calling me by my name, and asking if it was me, I said "yes", then he asked if I could hear him, and I said "yes" again, then he hung-up. Tried calling number back, and says "not a working number"

They woke me up this morning at 4:35 am Central time. Concerned it was an emergency call, I rolled over and answered the phone without looking at the number. I said hello and they hung up without ever saying a word. My first thoughts were India because of the time difference, but someone here says Myanmar. Whoever they are, they are very active and should be investigated. Just think of the number of calls that don't find this web site or bother to check out th enumber.........

I received a call at 4:11 this morning from this number.  I didn't get to the phone in time so the answering machine picked up and they hung up. I decided to search the internet to see if anyone has had this happen and found this site. Doesn't anyone know where the call is coming from and how to make it stop?

Got a call from this number at 5:43am EST, today 12/5. Didn't recognize the number, didn't bother getting up to answer it. Person didn't leave a message. Decided to Google to see if it might give me an idea who called and found this site. I wonder what the deal is, but I do know that if they call back my greeting will be an airhorn blast into the phone.

My wife got call at 2am asking for me by name.Said nothing else and hung up. Strange.Does phone CO know who has this #?

I got 4 calls starting around 3am EST. Fortunately I always have my cell on vibrate but unfortunately by the 4th call, the vibrating sound woke me up. I pick up the phone and this woman says that she wants to tell me about a job opportunity!!! WTF?? How shady is that? An international call at 3am to discuss a job? Talk about we are reaching the limits of outsourcing... I did some research and found out that this is a number in the city of Yangon from the country of Myanmar.....this is ridiculous...

4:00 am phone call on Monday, December 3rd. Did not answer, but called back and got the message "The number you dialed is not a working number. Please check the number and dial again." Weird call, additionally because I live in Michigan and the number is a California number.

1:30 a.m. call this morning, 11/30/2007, wakes us up as well.  Voice is female, asks for my wife by first and last name, "May I please speak with..." but with the preface "Doctor".  Foreign sounding voice. Perhaps an Indian accent.  I reply that there is someone by that name at our house but no Doctor at our house.  I ask who is calling.  Inaudible, but I do recall the word "Anticipation".  Politely spoken but similar kind of odd pauses when I actually respond, as if English not first language. More than odd.  Unsettling.  What are they trying to get, a voiceprint, confirmation of a name for subsequent fraud?

5:57 a.m. phone call and 5:59 a.m. phone call on November 28, 2007.  Didn't answer the first one.  Answered the second call and someone asked for me by name.  Person didn't say anything, then hung up.  When dialing that number, says it is not a working number.

4:38am phone call waking me up and asking for me by name...The gentleman continues to stay on the line, says nothing else and then hangs up. I go to return the call, but it says its not a working number?
