We are getting the same as all the other posters here. A text message on our Sprint cell phones about Plus 4 CU deactivating our debit cards, which can only be some sort of phishing scam.  I don't know how Sprint can stop it, or how we can stop it, only be smart enough to delete it.

This may be a way of weedling your bank details out of you when you are foolish enough to call them, but also bear in mind that numbers beginning with "09" on the UK Landline system are "Premium Rate" numbers, and as such can cost a bomb to call, as much as £10.00. This sounds like a similar scam. Hope all of you who've called it don't get a nasty surprise when you get your phone bill
Best thing is not to call it

Received text message:  "Plus4CU has De_Activated your account.  To reactivate call 9522153800."  I have received this message repeatedly from various domain names.  It's a scam.

So, I decided to play their game.  I called the number using *67 and entered random numbers for the card number they requested.  Each time, I had a computer voice tell me the "card number is incorrect."  The computer let me do this three times on each call (I called the number five times).

If you can't beat them, then join them at their scam.  Call them repeatedly using random numbers and see if it overloads the system.

Same as above, "Subject: 2nd notice - Plus4CU has De_Activated your account.   To reactivate call 9522153800."  When I tried to call I got a fast busy.

Plus4CU is a legit company that works with many banks so I was worried.  Now I see that it is some kind of scam.  My daughter's boyfriend is getting the same thing.

I am getting these text as well.

File a complaint against them IMMEDIATELY at https://complaints.donotcall.gov.

Where it asks for company name enter the information in the from section of the text that you've received.  Enter the number that they are asking you to call in the phone number section.  In the Comments section, state that you are receiving unsolicited text messages to your mobile phone and you have asked the company to stop and never gave them permission to contact you.

Event Reminder
"rvrhih@messaging.sprint.com" has been texting my husband and myself twice a day to give us the same  "Credit card deactivation" message.  The message is to call this number "9522153800" to reactivate.  It's annoying, AND, those text messages count as part of our 100 texts per month.  They text us twice a day, including Sat. & Sun.  That is approx 120 texts per month, thus making us go over our limit and PAY 20 cents each for any overage.  I have tried to block this number but Sprint sucks when you try to attempt this.  Tried six times..failed each time.  These people, along with internet spammers should be drawn & quartered.
