Its Kirby- I answered and my lovely cousin gave them my number for a promotional deal and so now they keep calling....

They harass me with 5 calls a week. They called me at 8pn tonight.  The lady yelled at my husband demanding to speak with me  The lady was very rude and told me she will keep calling us.

I'm contacting the BBB. I'm sick of this. They also call from different numbers

The company is Kirby carpet cleansers.

I am getting repeated calls from this number. I never answer and they just keep trying. Thanks for the heads up...I will continue to ignore!

I received a phone call on my cell from this number and they didn't leave a message.

This same thing is happening to me. They have called my cell phone a couple of times. I didn't answer but after the 5th call I tried to call them back. All I got was a busy signal. This sounds like a scam.

Be careful of this group.  Once they get in your house they stay until they get what they want.  They left a huge brown stain on our white carpet and took no responsibility.  I have the photos to prove it was their salespeople. They told a desperate lie and will not budge.  They will not return phone calls or emails.  This hard sell is right out of the John Henry playbook.  Be careful!!!  Stay away and tell all your friends and family the same thing.

I received call from this number, it is Kirby vacuum sales call.  They claim they are offering "free" carpet cleaning with no sales pressure.  Not true, once they get to your house it is a very hard sale, they don't leave you alone, many phone calls. I tried to cancel appt. But no return phone number given.

I get the same caller ID as PSI, no message or hang up and a call most days. Glad to know what it is!!!!!!!!!!

I got a call said she was calling for Kirby, could hear others calling in the back ground even had someone confirm my need.  I made an apt to have them come clean carpet, what the heck it's free and saves  my back they can talk all they wan't I won't buy it.  They never showed up.  I called the number from my caller ID (from PSI 952-224-0337) and no one answers..  I'm calling our local Kirby dealership and inform them of the call.

this is a kirby company trying to sell kirby vacumes..i used to work for them and sell these great vacumes...they are nice butt spendy..his name his ryan that has girls caling for appointments...

The company is Premier Systems Inc located at 7 or 9 6th Ave S in Hopkins, MN.  THEIR NUMBER is 952-935-7044 and 7045.  Feel free to call them all you want.  They are a telemarketing company.  It sounds like John Henry is in charge.  They also have a couple of employment ads online.

Another posting has information that this is Kirby Vacuum's trying to make sales and appointments.  My caller ID shows it as PSI

My mother received this call and I answered.  A lady responded and asked for my mother by name.  When I stated that this was her daughter, they hung up.

we have the same experience. he calls does not talk.

Same thing is happening to us.  Same caller....strange

the name that comes up is John Henry.  The person has called a couple of times and leaves no message.  I have tried to call back to see who it is with no luck.  I have looked it up and the number is a land line in minneapolis.
