Said they were from Westlaw, claiming I was on record as my office's account manager.

I do not want this number calling Me,,Information spec sounds fishy to Me.

Call 3 times asking for info on SS benafits that I recive, Would not say who they are collecting info for I hung up on them

For several days I've been getting calls on my work phone from this number, but seem to miss them.  I check my voicemail and there is dead air and then hang up. I thought it was a client..ya know the ones that don't like to leave messages. So I googled the number.  

Called the number back and it says the # is disconnected.  Can't wait until they call again... hopefully I'll be sitting at my desk so I can answer it.

They called twice in at 3:26 and again 1 minute later at 3:27. Not happy at all with them!

This has popped up on my cell phone every night for over a week.  No message and when you call it states it is not in service.  GRRRR!!!!

Calls keep coming into our main line and individual extensions - they know the first and last names of our executives and call constantly.  Same number different people and some are very rude. They say they are from Phoenix and they are doing a survey about insurance carriers.

Received yet another call from this number.  Added them to my "blocked callers" list!!

Collection agency...looking for family members that owe money...that is why "the survey" asks who lives in your house and their ages...These guys are scum bags...and think they are clever little bas%^$ds

Third call from this number. Who are they?

I have gotten a call from 952-224-4140 every day for the past week.  They say they are from University of New Hampshire doing a survey for the upcoming election?  WTF is this?  I know this was some kind of scam area code for NH is 603.  Who ever this is they are spoofing a number so they can't be traced.  Be extremely careful what you say to these people, nobody can figure out who they are.

They have been calling everyday for a week. My sister decided to prank them by quoting Elf: "buddy the elf, what's your favorite color." priceless. Do not know what they wanted but they haven't called back?

They call me every other day for about 2 weeks now.  I never answer the phone and I'm not going to either.  They don't leave a message.  I have no idea who they are or what they want.

This call came in on my work line in California.  No msg left.  It says the caller ID is blocked, but my system here takes down all of the numbers.  They called at 8:57am.  From the looks of the other comments, I didn't miss much by missing the call.

This number called last week to do a survey I stated Im busy they called back daily we ignored the call.  LAST NIGHT AT 9:38 PM ON A WEDNESDAY NIGHT THEY CALLED!!!!!!  My husband answered and explained to them we are not interested in the survey.  CRAZY!

Caller ID shows it as Information Specialist.  I returned the call within 5 minutes and a recording says its 952-224-4140 is not in service.  It's definately a spoof number.

Keep calling asking for a dead employee even though they have been told this and to stop calling.  Call for IS dept.

Great - now the scammers are getting on this site and using it to make these scam calls seem legit.  They must have nothing better to do.  I wonder how they sleep at night knowing they destroy lives by the evil / theft / fraud they do.  

They will get what is coming to them soon.  It always goes around.  Beware all.  I was scammed once, never again.  Contact www.donotcall.gov or go to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) site and register on their Do not call list.  You can also file complaints about scams.

A woman claiming she was from Xcel Energy wanted to know my name and wanted to ask me questions about being a small business owner. She said it was not a sales call and wanted to get my feedback. I asked her to call back later as I was running late for a meeting.

Received a call from some gal stating she was from the University of Minnesota, doing a survey on the quality of life asking to talk to the person who's birth date in the household was closest to some date she mentioned. I told her I wasn't interested and hung up.

I am an animal Dr. and did a study with these folks and made $75 for my time. It was wwll worth it and they were quite courteous.

How harsh these comments. The people that called me are making an honest living as opposed to collecting un-employment or welfare. I'd rather them work then pay more taxes. Lighten up people.

Awesome! I just made 225 for doing 10 minute call with someone. My check just came on Friday! I have no problem answering the questions so long as they are not too intrusive and hey, I made good money...

Called my number at 1830, usually I give an excuse and quickly hang up.  But this woman was really good, I couldn't get a word in. She said she was conducting a survey on Social Security benefits and government proposals to change it. So I agreed to answer the questions. I should have been more alert because some of the questions were stupid and it just didn't register. After the SS questions she asked some personal questions-- not to elicit specific personal info, I couldn't figure out what the info could possibly give them. Now I'm hoping I didn't give away something important.

Recommend that under no circumstances do folks respond to any of these phone calls.
