I got a call from this number.  It was Tuition Management Services and they were calling to let me know that my account was cleared and all fees were waived.  I used this service to set up payments for my college tuition.  They did call several times and never left a message.  Not sure if this is any help to anyone....

I got a call from a company that I have a trade membership with. They were calling to see if their files on me were current.  Seemed pretty normal. Wnated to know the day of the month I was born in to verify they talked to me.  Didn;t like that too much, but not sure how they would use the number 21 against me!

I got a call from that number regarding the recall of Bosch dishwashers installed by Sears. I had asked for a call-back from a supervisor and she called me from that number.

I think it's a data service as they said that different companies can use to make calls.  I got the calls and nothing like you got but then I got a message in voice mail from this call and it was Boingo Wireless calling me back about a problem I had with their service.

I got the call from them also... couldn't understand them though...  I tried to call that # on my cell, and just got dead air, couldn't even connect.

Call is identified as a data listing service. You can not call this number back because either no one picks up or the operator says to check the number as it is invalid. Scary
