constant calls a nunmber no company name

This call is coming from Pinnacle Financial - they call several times a day and also call from 1-111-177-11

I get a call every day from these people.  Never the same time.

They left me a voicemail.  The first part is cut off, but the end says to call them back at 1-800-753-5024.

David left a vm on our business phone with an urgent matter for our owner of office to call him. When our owner called him back they asked him to verify his social security number when our boss refused he indicated that he could not help him.  Now I pay all the bills for the office the day they come in. Our boss does the same at home.  I turn people over all the time for collections. They have all of the peoples personal info and they first notify them by mail.  This seems like a scam to get personal info for indenty theft to me. I contacted our state attorney general and the BBB. I did call and informed them what I did and they were very rude. Sounds very fishy to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Suggestion which may help for future. Go to white pages online section and all other telephone books for where you live, and remove your telephone number.

This company called today (04-29-08) regarding a repossesed auto that I didn't own nor have any connection to.  They were actually looking for someone with the same last name and a first name that SOUNDED like mine.  It is not spelled the same as the vehicle's owner; the middle inititals and the SSN are different as well.  I was ready to call the FBI regarding identity theft until the facts were presented

Pinnacle Financial Group uses the sloppy and inaccurate "drift-net" approach to find and catch the person that they are looking for.  Since they put you in the net at the start then eliminate you, lot of other people will unfortunately get stuck in the net as well causing panic first then hate & discontent until the actual person is contacted.  Keep in mind that they may not even be trying to contact you, or the next thirty people on their list with your last name.

This is the SECOND credit company calling my CELL phone. I've never had a credit card in my life. How are they getting cell phone numbers, anyway? Aren't they suppose to be unlisted?

These people call my cell every day. They start to leave a voice mail, but the dumb a***s don't wait for the beep and you only get the last 4 digits of the call back #. Then they don't even tell you why they are calling. I haven't had a credit card in over 4 years. And the only one I did have tried to screw me to the wall. But that was all written off because the withdrew all my funds from my checking account w/out my authorization. Federal Gov. took care of them. Thank God their good for something.
Anyways, I decided to Google this # and see what came up. I can't believe or should I say I'm glad I'm not the only one dealing with these a$$holes!

I finally found a number that I could actually call this company which is (952)-966-0559. This company is not a member of the BBB but has within the last 36 months has had 143 complaints. I spoke with a supervisor and advised him that if the company called my house again that I would not only file harassment charges on the I would also file a lawsuit. The Supervisor agreed to remove my number and cease all activity on the account. Also this is a collection agency and the account that they had of mine was about 4 years old and had already been charged off.  The link for the BBB info and additional phone numbers for this company is listed below for those that might want or need it.

I am starting to find out what I need to do to go after this company. I just recieved two back to back calls from a guy there, that was TOTALLY incalled for in the way that I was spoke to. I have never gone off on someone over the phone like that in my life. Please share any information that you might have incovered.

My guess is that this is another of these "debt buying" firms who buy old charged-off debt for pennies on the dollar, then use tactics such as obscene hang-up calls, bogus threats of legal action, etc. to try to get you to pay them money thats already been written off by the original creditors. What these people seem to be unaware of is that it is now easy to investigate these people using the internet - I plan on researching Pinnacle Financial Group starting with a Google search on them. Will let all of you know what I find.

Recently been getting calls from this number. The caller ID says "Minneapolis call". Our number is an unlisted number. Only friends, family, and necessary parties have it. If a call comes in with an ID we do not recognise, we let the answering machine take it, so all of our calls are screened this way. The above caller does not leave a message, just some heavy type breathing, and some odd background noises. I have seen posted messages on here saying that this is a collection agency. If it is, they are possibly in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act of 1970, which prohibits harassment by phone.

called me and left an obscene message... sounded like he was masterbating.. it lasted 1:40

They called I answered the call was for my brother-in-law --that don't live with me. The guy was rude when I asked if i could get him a message. He acted like he didn't believe that he doesn't live here. I called the # baqck and got a woman that thold me the name of their company and what they wanted --this is a collection agency.

I called the 800#.  It was a collection agency looking for Tamara...not me.  Told them not to call me anymore.  We'll see...
