Yes, this a legitimate call. I received it for Wells Fargo on a home appraisal as well and was left an automated voice message giving me the local person to contact to schedule my appraisal appointment.

This was actually a legitimate call. I was working with Wells Fargo on a house appraisal, and this call was the scheduling reminder and contact information. I thought it was for sure a telemarketer - but not in this case.

These a**holes keep callng everyday at least 7 times a day. I long ago disconnected the answering machine so they can't leave a message. I wish I could find them and put them out of their misery.

I received about 10 missed calls in a two hour period on my skype phone number. When I answered, no one was on the other line.
