he is a big dck hope every one knows its illegal to pose as a lawyer as well

I filed bankruptcy 8 years ago and and all my debts were written off and my accounts closed!!!  now this Mike Opperhimer 952-388-0457 is calling trying to collect for those accounts, I called my lawyer, he took Mike's name and number and said he'd take care of it and NOT to give this Mike guy a damn penny !!!!!

Mike has  called me from this number leaving messages saying that he is the one that does all  the sueing for  his group and he has the 3  best lawyers  in minnesota to take everything i have. He is  a big a**. All he is, is a collection agent.

Received voice msg from " Mike Oppenheimer"  for my  wife who passed away from cancer two years ago.  Oppenheimer's msg did not say what he wanted or why he called.  

But from the above notes this guy is obviously a scam artist on a fishing expedition - hoping to defraud the unwary.   She left no bills or owing anything to anybody since we had two years to prepare -  We were, and I still am - debt free.  It is too bad these kind of scum bags exist and try to take advantage of older people who continue to grieve, and might be susceptible to harassment like this.

Received several rude calls from Mike Oppenheimer of Weinerman and Associates.  At the times of these calls I was having medical tests done.  I have had a stroke, heart attack, congestive heart failure, uncontrolled diabetes and uncontrolled hypertension and am still suffering from COPD and Major Depressive Disorder.  All of these have required hospital stays.  I can no longer work and am on a fixed income. I have other health conditions.  This man's telephone calls are mean centered and he harrassed any one answering my telephone (adult and children alike).  The one time that I spoke with him he was unconcerned about my financial situation.  I am now on a fixed income that does not meet my monthly bills.  He has threatened to take me to court. All I can say is his calls add to my frustrations and all I can do is lay down and pray that I do not die in my sleep, which is how I feel (dying).

Mike Oppenheimer called & left several messages, the first being very rude, the second being nicer but still threatening. I returned his call & he told me I owed a credit card debt from 2007 & if I didn't pay he can make the decision for them to come & take me into custody. I was hanging with the wrong people buying them things & then listening to them when they said I didn't have to pay. Now I get this call. I freaked. I have 3 small children & didn't want to traumatize them. He said that he would waive his fee & that I would over $3300 and change. He asked when I could get the money & I told him I would need a couple of days. He said that when I got the money into my account I would need to fax the deposit receipt to him. I did this & thought I was doing something good. Now I find that I didn't. How do I go about getting the money back?

Called asking questions about my sister who does not live here.
Hung up on them and then they called back.  Gave name of Mike Oppenheimer with the 952-388-0457 number.
