I didn't answer. Who?

I receive many calls from this number and they are not even for me. They ask for a family member who must have used me as a reference or something. No matter how many times I tell them that they have the wrong number and that my cell number does not belong to this family member, they continue to call constantly on my phone.

I have been getting calls non-stop from them, at least once a day.

Check your State legislation to see if these companies are even allowed to collect funds in you state. If they are not then let them know to cease and desist further collections and calls as pursuant Federal Laws.

It is probably the phone company that has learned how to burn up your minutes and get you to pay more in the end.

Once enough people lodge a complaint their service provider may pay attention.

Has called 6 times today. Calls every day. No one on the other end.

Caller keeps calling, never leaves message. I won't call back if you cant tell me why you are trying to talk to me.

UPDATE!

I called paypal about my balance and this company IS LEGIT!  They are a real collection agency, they just happen to be very rude!  

I just want to let everyone know that this collection agency told me that I MUST pay my paypal balance with them because paypal will not be taking any payments from me.

THIS IS A LIE.  I called paypal and although they did send my acct to their collection agency, paypal will be more than happy to accept my payment.

Paypal also told me that if I pay my balance thru paypal instead of this collection agency, I will still receive calls from them until they get the notice that I've fulfilled my obligation.

Just fyi.  This is a real collection agency, but do not listen to them when they say you MUST give them a credit card, and do not listen to them when they tell you that you MUST only pay thru them.

I HAVE AN ANSWER!!! PLEASE READ!!!

I've been getting this call for a week, when I answer there is no sound, I always hang up after saying "hello" about 3 times.  When I call back there is no ring.

TODAY... I got the call and this time I said "hello" about 3 times.  I waited a few seconds then said "you know, everytime you call me, I can't hear a thing you say"  Immediately I got a woman on the phone that said "Hello, Angela"

She did not ask me for my credit card card info. She first told me her name, who she was with (a bill collecting agency), and told me she was calling to collect a balance I had left on my paypal account.  (Which I do have a $15 negative balance).  

They were very pushy and I explained to her that I can not pay anything until tomorrow, so she needs to call me back tomorrow when I get paid.

She said, "I can take a credit or debit card from you today and charge it on the day you and I agree upon" and I kept telling her "no, please call me tomorrow.  I do not wish to give you my card information until I verify you are the correct collection agency and I also do not want to risk you taking out the payment early and my bank account going into the negative today"  

She got frustrated and said "Well, I need to get your card information TODAY, while I have you on the phone.  We have been having trouble getting a hold of you"  

This is where I get upset and tell her that EVERYDAY they call me and EVERYDAY I answer... and EVERYDAY nobody responds to my hellos.... EVERYDAY I call the number back and EVERYDAY I get no ring, no person, no automated machine... NOTHING.  So it's them I can not get a hold of!  She agreed to call me back tomorrow.  

I do believe I received a letter in the mail from them about my paypal balance, and I do believe they are a legit collection agency trying to collect a debt.  

Before paying them, I will first phone paypal and try to make my payment thru them.   If they can not accept my payment because it was sent to collections, I will ask paypal who I can call to make my payment. I have no intention of paying them unless paypal directs me to.  They are extremely rude and treated me like I was a criminal because I accidently went into the negative.  I do however have full intentions on paying paypal my negative balance tomorrow.

Unanswered call on my cell. Glad to find a site for this stuff.

i too get a cal twice a day and its getting very annoying .... i what can i do to prevent them from doing this again... i call back and i dont get even a ring

Calls my Iphone but there is no-one there. 1 of my friends received the same call the first thing they asked for his Credit Card Details.

Warning: Do not pick up this call report it to the FCC ASAP.

I get calls on my cell as well with no sound on the other end and when I call the numbe back there is also no sound..it doesn't even ring.

Same story here. No response on the other side. Have been getting calls on my cell and home phone from this #.

No answer on other end.
