Someone keeps calling from this number, I have my number listed on the do not call list, but it does not stop them.

Call from a lady named Alice Mendez from Senior Diabetic Services. Said she was calling because someone in our household filled out a form indicating there was a diabetic residing here. When I told her that was not possible & please take us off her call list because my husband works night shift & was woken when the phone rang, she replied with "No" & then hung up. I tried to call the # back and a recording said that the # was invalid. The number is now on my block list.

I got  the call on my house line March 30 2011 form this number 952-537-1392.

This is a follow up to my previous entry.  I did contact Amazon and they said the call was definitely not from them.  They also said they will be investigating it.

They called me today and I didn't answer.  I have just ordered several things from Amazon.  Could there be a connection other than a scam?  If it's a scam, how did they get my information?  I think I'll ask at Amazon.

They keep calling, don't leave a message. Number is spoofed/fake, so you can't call back. Answered once and told them we had no business with them, didn't get a business name. Shady. They called again tonight.

I just got the call on my house line, but as I don't know the # I didn't answer it.  The caller didn't leave a message.  Oh well . . .

They are ID theifs, looking for bank information-- claiming to be from Amazon.com - and offering you a free website. They say they will give activate a $200 target card for you right on the phone all you have to do is pay the $4 dollar activation fee, by giving them all of your banking information. I am going to report them to the FCC

This number: 952-537-1392 calls my home line at least once a day, and not once has anyone picked up.  It is incredibly annoying, as I work from home.  I have tried to call this number immediately after receiving a call from them, but I have always been greeted with the phone companys recording informing me: "this number has been disconnected or is no longer in service".  Amazon scammers seems to be the theory in this thread, but I have a hard time believing is.  Not once has a person talked to me, it just seems like pure harassment. And on top of that, we started receiving these calls around the time my mother was trying to stop my drug addict uncle from stealing money from their mother, who is now 82 years old.

got a call from 952-537-1392 with an id of minnesota.  They hung up when the answering machine came on.

Gee buddhaNature, I bet your wished you had just ignored all of us.  I always think it's funny when somebody represents themselves a be associated with buddha, and then disparages the rest of the human race.  For what it's worth, FU, your mother, father, wife or partner if you have one (doubtful), your dog, cat and the horse you rode in on.  Notice I didn't say children as that would make me as nasty as you.  Thank the universe I'm a born again pagan.

I just got a call from this number.  The caller said that someone in my household had filled out an on-line questionnaire to recieve info on diabetes.  She was unable to give me the name of the person who filled out the request, and instead asked me if I had diabetes.  Really???!!!! I told her we were on the no call list and she hung up.

Did not answer this call, but checked it out here.  I'm glad I did.

Caller said they were from the senior diabetes foundation wanting to talk to Joshua about an online for that was completed. Hung up as I asked to be removed from their call list.

I don't answer calls from "Minnesota 952-537-1392" or anything else that won't provide a legitimate name.  I know the state of Minnesota is not calling so automatically I assume it is a scam or somebody that knows I will not talk with them if I knew who was calling.  For their fraudulent efforts, I wish them many "Groundhog Days" in Lake Woebegone in which they make their phone calls to politicians, Mexican drug lords, and Bank of America.  Thank you 800-notes.com--your website shines among the stars!

Got a call from ths number with a message that says they were following up on a Belinda's diabetic information.  We have no one named Belinda living in our home and stated that.   She asked if we had anyone in the family that had diabetes which I stataed that no one in the family had the disease.  The lady was of foreign descent as she spoke very broken English...

do not call our number anymore or I have no choice and will report you to FTC!!!

Received the same call at 10:30am. I give these callers about 7-8 seconds, then if no one talks, I hang up. Caller ID showed "Name Unavailable.". Gotta be a scam.

I can't believe this scam has been going on for over a year and a half, and nothing has been done about it. If you get a call from this number, please file a complaint on the Do Not Call List, even if you are not on it, that way, maybe they will investigate it.

You must be an idiot. No wonder you have to take a job as a telemarketer. If we put our numbers on the do not call list, it means we are not going to buy ANYTHING from you. It is so stupid to keep calling numbers of people you know aren't going to listen to you. WAKE UP!

Received a call from a woman with an accent, insisting that she had information that someone in my home was a diabetic.  When I told her she was misinformed, she wanted to know if someone used a cane, walker or wheelchair.  Sounds like someone checking to see the health and physical abilities of the residents.  fortunately I have a BIG dog.

I agree. I think a company should HAVE to publish there phone number to be able to do business. What kind of honest business wouldnt want there number published? And ask yourselves this question. Is the govt selling our phone numbers when we enter them in the do not call website? Just some things to think about.

someone please find these people! I have recieved numorous calls. I was fixing something under the sink and bumped my head to answer the darn phone, and I get a smartass telling me he doesnt care if we are on the do not call list. GRRRRRRRR...........I feel for the rest of you who recieve these calls even though we are on the do not call list.

This is a bunch of malarky! I got the call from this jerk, at phone number 952-537-1392, and when I told him we were on the DO NOT CALL LIST, he said I dont care, and hung up on me.My gawd, you mean to tell me my great uncle can be arrested for drinking a single beer on his porch, but we cant stop these harrassing calls? what ever happened to, my home is my palace, or my comfort zone? It reeeeeeeeeealy pisses me off that my uncle was arrested. He refused to put his beer away. OH by the way, he won in court, as the judge said he was not on public property, and the police officers were out of line coming on his property with no real reason in the first place. He has never even gotten a speeding ticket in his life. HOw rediculous. And I dont drink, but I believe its a persons right to if its not illegal
