You are exactly the type of person they want to reach.....it is definitely a SCAM and if any part of you thinks it is not, then you will become a victim of this scam or some other......do not trust people who can YOU for products and services.....if you want or need their product or service, you can always call THEM.  Please do not fall for calls like this.....

Just received a call from this number--a long recorded message from a younger man with a powerful voice.  He was ready to deliver an emergency medical alert system to me at no cost.  If so many of us have received this call, and we have registered a complaint, why is this joker still in business?

got robocall from 952-562-7836 caller ID said "Unknown Name" on Tuesday 7-30-13 @ 1006 AM.

Was on errands but same number as a Medical Alert System SCAM call on Monday 7-22-13 @ 147 PM.

Ironically this 7-30-13 call came 10 minutes after a Credit Services SCAM call from a
different number @ 956 AM.

I get the same call.  John from the shipping department saying he is sending out a medical allert system.  I have gotten this call at least 6 times, and have said each time to put me on your do not call list.

I just again, for the 14th time recieved another call , from John in the shipping department says he is sending me out a medical alert system. It's a scam and I want this stopped now,

I just received the same phone call. When I said I never ordered anything like it, they said it had already been paid for and according to their records, either I or a family member had suffered a fall in the past. I told them the information was NOT true and hung up. They did not converse with me, they just continue their spiel like what I had to say was not going to change their story. Very suspicious and dangerous for our senior citizens!

I am getting tired of getting calls from you people. It seems that most of those on the wrong end don't know how to speak English and all you can do is mumble. I am keeping track of your phone calls and I will report them to the BBB.

I'm afraid your request to have your number removed from "John's" calling list fell on deaf ears, as "John" is nothing but a recording. The next time "John" calls, stay on the line listening to "John's" message until the end, and you'll see what I mean.

This guy, a real person, not a recording, has called twice now, last week and just now.  Told him then and now to take our name off his list, but if he isn't legit, it won't have any affect.  Will have to investigate how to block a number (though he will just change it) and this just reinforces the idea of never ever answering those calls that show as Out of Area with a 952 area code.

Sorry. this is a scam. Check with your State Attorney's Office. I did. Some of them really sound so legitimate; but it is a scam. I've gotten so many variations of this call. Either they want your personal information for identity theft, or they will bill you for their "free" product on the grounds that the device was free, the installation was free, but the monthly service is not free. If you are on the do not call list and they call you anyway, it pretty much tells you that they are not operating honorably.

Why do we claim it's a scam? Seemed legit to me, just the guy was difficult who picked up and they made it sound like someone paid for this for us, like a family friend

There is an article in the current AARP Bulletin that warns of, and explains the medic alert for seniors scam, that is well worth the reading.

answered and was a male voice telling me that I had a FREE Medical alert system. The guy on the recording says - "You Know like the one where the person has fallen and can't get up'. You have Free shipping and they wanted information to deliver it. Was on rotary phone (yes they still exist) and the call eventually disconnected.

Same recording as above and I was able to press "1" . A female SCAMMER by the name of 'Donna' came on the line. I said "Hello" and she eventually said "Hello" back.  She said "I would like a little of your time". I said "OK". She said "you do not sound like a senior citizen." Told her "I was". Asked her what info she needed to deliver the "system" she said "my name and address".  I told her "if someone bought it for me how come you do not have that".  She then disappeared from the phone....guess she did not like my question and did not have time to get to the "SCAMMER HORN".

my mom just got a call from this number and all they said was "help, I have fallen and can't get up" and hung up....made her all nervous and she has called everyone she knows to see if they are OK.  I told her to dial *65 to see what the number was (she doesn't have caller ID).  I tried calling it back and it says it's not a working number.

I was previously getting these calls from 952-649-3318 and filed several complaints with the Do Not Call registry, my phone company and the BBB. Now they've switched numbers and I'm getting them from this number. This is so maddening! They call about every other day! I'm going to have to upgrade my phone service and get call blocking which really pisses me off. But nobody seems to be able to do anything about it.

Most positively a scam, blocked my number and called them back its not a valid phone number.

Second time I have gotten this call saying its s medical shipping company with a delivery, it is a recording.

Same as others, recorded message about getting a medical alert sysytem. I Did not order one nor did anyone order one for me.  Call comes in with a local area code, but ID says Out of Area, which means the number is spoofed. Probably a Scam.

Got a call from this number a few minutes ago.  Didn't answer it.

I received the same message.

I received a call from 9525627836 with a recording abut delivery for a medical alert system which I never ordered!
