very rude, refuses to give name or company that is calling

Similar Story here - called and asked for someone who isn't at my phone number, then called back 4 minutes later after I asked him to remove us from his list. I asked him again...he told me "we don't have a list per se" and I said well where the heck are you getting our number from? He called the wrong mama, I've been stuck inside with children who don't listen to me and have been very patient, so very happy to shout at an adult who doesn't listen. IDK where they get their numbers or how they have the audacity to ask me for my information since i'm not the person who theyh were looking for.

This moron got into an argument with me, stating "I AM THE ONE ASKING THE QUESTIONS HERE!".  Idiot.  I told him to identify himself, and he mumbled some name - no company name - and when I told him once again to identify, he started to rage - then hung up.  Called again after 1 minute, I simply hung up on the call.  Unbelievable.

I have had the same incident this A$#$ Hole iss calling my cell phone and wont say his name or the company they are calling from.

I have REPEATEDLY told this creep that I am not the person he is trying to collect from. I have had my phone for over two years and have continually received calls from this number looking for a "Guillermo Herrera" and the man won't listen when I tell him I don't know Guillermo Herrera, have never met Guillermo Herrera and that he shouldn't call me again. I am desperate to stop this harrassment. How can I sue this man?
