I got a call from this number also. I don't know who it is either. I am 99% sure it is a collection agency number though. If you call them, they say they are Allied Inter? something or other. The guy that answered had that a$$hole collection agent tone of voice. They are so used to being nasty to people that it becomes a part of them and they can't hide it in their tone of voice. It is sort of a sound like they are aggressive, offensive, defensive all at the same time.
