These guys get YOUR phone numbers from those stupid forms you fill out at Malls and Fairs and tradeshows. Filling out the form with all your contact information is a condition to WIN something. Like an ATV. Which is exactly what they were giving away when I filled out my info. Yes I'm on the DO NOT CALL list Buuuuut, I also filled out one of those forms knowing full well that they would call. And I fully planned on not answering. Just wanted to win the ATV.

Calling several times a week despite the fact that I'm on the do not call list, and in a multifamily building to boot -- so I don't give a damn about their exterior deals.  I asked them to remove me from their list, we'll see if they do.

Budget Exteriors calls and repeatedly harasses people who are on the Do Not Call Registry.  I wouldn't do business with people who don't respect the law.  Their number is 952-698-3190 or 952-698-3191.  

This company calls repeatedly.  I told them we don't have a prior relationship and I am on the Do No Call List.  They advised me that they can call because they are offering a free service and aren't selling anything.  I asked what their business is.  It is Budget Exteriors, which does attic inspections or something similar. I do not need or want a free attic inspection.  However,  I advised them after their game playing that Yes, indeed...Please do come look at my attic for free.  I will not be buying anything, but I accept their free offer that is the reason for their ability to bother me at home.   Since they aren't selling anything, I would think they would be happy to accept my acceptance of their free offer.  Instead, the gentleman said, "Really, lady, you don't have anything better to do with your time?"  I said, "In fact, no, I don't."  Please come and look at my attic for free.  He hung up on me.  I called back several times to receive the free service.  The phone was picked up and hung up multiple times.  

I think the way to deal with all of the callers is to accept their free offer and set it up for a time when you won't be home.  That way you are wasting their time as much as they are wasting yours.  That is what I am going to do in the future.  I'm not going to engage in the phone conversation.  I am just going to have them come over when I'm not home.  Please follow suit, but do not be there and do not reward them by buying anything.  This is the only way to stop this nonsense.

They will not leave me alone after 3 calls today and asking for managers they still keep calling.

Didn't answer it and they wouldn't answer my call to them. Am on the DNC list so why are they still calling!

It's especially frustrating because when you try to call the number back...it's always busy!  Ridiculous.  Leave us alone.
