I don't typically answer unfamiliar numbers. I called  to see who the number belonged to and to have my number removed from their list. I found that this number is for a MN RUSTCO & 4 season sunrooms.
I had talked to them about a window quote a couple of years ago.
When I told them that they should have left a vm, they say they are not allowed to.

Received 2 calls from this number twice today. No message left. Other posts indicate that it could be MN Rusco...but I've specifically asked that they remove me from their calling lists...so it can't be them, right?

Tony, while I appreciate your response, I've specifically requested that I be removed from company's calling list and yet, next cycle through I continue to get 'the call'. As it is, at this point, I'd be hard-pressed to ever choose MN Rusco for any future project due to these tactics. If your company can show a change in direction on this type of behavior./marketing/ etc. I may be persuaded to have a different attitude. As it is, I've been dealing with this marketing strategy for well over 4 years, and I'm tired of it, and based on this page, I'm not the only one.

Got a call from this number (952) 746-4197 twice while I was in class. I called back and get a busy tone. I'm blocking this number cause I don't own a home and certainly do not and have not ever wanted to get a "home improvement" done.

I TOTALLY disagree with this persons comments. We had our siding and gutters done by them and it was first rate. They even ate part of the cost after we changed our minds. Customer service is great. No, I don't work for them. We actually went with them after seeing them at the State Fair. Also, if you do not want them to call, just say so.

952-746-4197 calls, does not leave a message, but sometimes sends text messages (I don't think lanas dlines can do that). I don't hink this number belongs to a telemarketer, the text messages are mostly "Come meet me at Whatever place at this time".
I've blocked his number, but the texts still come through.

This is from a company called Minnesota Rusco (SP?). They periodically call the numbers in their directory (usually obtained from a booth at the fair or a mall) trying to sell homeowners things like windows, siding, roofing, etc. They never leave a message and to my knowledge you can't call them back at that number.

I apologize on behalf of Minnesota Rusco. I believe we were calling you in regards to a entry card at one point you may have filled out in the past, either at a home show, or one of the several malls we are regularly in.  We periodically attempt to reach homeowners such as yourself to see if there may have been any interest in improving your home.  We did not leave a message because our phone system does not allow us to do so.  If there is no answer, we have no other choice but to move on to the next call.  Again we sincerely apologize for the call you have received and we can make sure this does not happen again. mn rusco is a shady company for sure.. got some windows from them last year.. im a salesman myself, ur either honest or dishonest in sales.. this salesman was dishonest in many facets of the sale.  Then I get a hold of the president of the company who is going to "take care of me", and he just comes over and tries to sell me more windows and tells me he's giving them to me bottom line 50% off which was the same as the initial salesman. ive got several stories with one project with this company.. im just fortunate they came over 9 months late to check the job and realize one of the windows was never finished and finished it 4 months after that "when they were in the area".  end result: high end windows (not even the best) overpriced and poor customer service.. thing was i was willing to over pay for great customer service.

Has called several times and I have missed it. When I try to call back all I get is a busy signal.

I got a call too, and they answered on the first ring, but didn't say anything. I could hear conversations in the background, about someone being a dirty pig, but when I hung up and tried to call back, busy.

just got called in the middle of class

They called me, couldn't call them back either just a busy signal.

Has called me 2x in last 24 hrs.  Called the # and it was a busy signal.
