this one is definately a scam ive accumulated a do not answer list of over 500 numbers since 2003 all say the same thing so they are well versed in the 90 second  dialog. Ive heard it so many times ive got it memorized. Me i always call back and text repedidly having a blast cursing them after i let them think theyve hooked me. This is all while ive had 4 plus beers.....its a blast. Otherwise dont worry about them using your inforrmation they are idiots not stupid once they do it leaves a paper trail. Theyve had my drivers license social security home and work addresses bank accounts.. Iff they ever step off their sand to my grass ive got something better a remmington and smith and wesson on my side. Ive had the voicemails anaylized and theres a total of 6 male callers and 1 female. Its a nussiance i know but masking spoofing numbers is how this continues so long. Dont sweat it theyll face judgement one day

I received a call from 9527772238, a lawyers office claiming I owe a substantial amount of money for a cash advance I didn't even receive, apply for or know about until I got a nasty phone call stating that police will be showing up at my work place tomorrow to arrest me and I would have to go and prove my innocence to a judge, the attorney general and my interest was accumulating at 9,700 per day.  they had my bank name, where I worked and my social security number.  I got some information out of this person such as where I took the advance, US cash lender, and I got a case number.  when I repeated to her what I had looked up on the internet in Yahoo Search with the phone number, this lady hung up.

I received a phone message from this number (955) 777-2238  at 3:07p.m. P.S.T.  11/12/13

It was for a William Guittarise. or some last name like that.  No one by that name has ever had this phone number  that is a fact.  I called them back, when the man who had called me answered I very quickly said "B***s***  you are not a lawyer  so screw off and die"  He then hung up.

I got the same call heheheh twice already. I ask for their address then they hang up on me. Is there anyway an FBI could track this people?

I keep getting calls from a 952 777 2238 saying im being sued and I need to settle my case or they will send me to court and bah bah bah bah I cant stand this any more just be ware because I just started a new job and tell me how my first week there I was getting phone calls.......  

I recieved a call from this number.  952-777-2238 threatening me with a law suit.

Got a call from "Aaron Rogers". He stated he was with a law firm, but I could not understand the name of the firm due to the heavy accent (I asked if he was calling from India, and he said huh?, no Minnesota). He said there was a lawsuit against me. I said regarding what, and he stated "What, you don't know? Let me put you through to my supervisor." After a few seconds, I think he transferred me to another phone, because he sounded just like his supervisor. I asked for the case number, and he would not give it to me. I told him I knew it was a scam, told him that if it was valid, to send me a notice certified mail, and I would respond in kind, and then hung up. A few minutes later, he called back, asking why I hung up on him. The call came from another number 347-722-7117. I said firmly, don't you dare call me or my family, or my place of employment (which he has done) and then he began yelling back at me, saying "then I will have you arrested". Guess I will be waiting with baited breath for the police to arrive. My question: Should I notify local police, or should it go higher? I'd love to shut these guys down.

Thay called me and told me that I was going to be picked up from my work and go to jail the next day.....I almost fell for it......was planing on skipping town and everything good thing I seach the number....calling my state attorney tomorrow

Got called three times today by a Mr Johnson and threatened with arrest if I did not get in touch with my attorney regarding a business matter. When I initially called back, they would not give me any information, they only wanted info from me and I would not provide it. I called back again and they had blocked my cell phone number, called from my home number and spoke with Mr. Washington and was informed that I have an outstanding payday loan that I took out today with American Cash. Ricky is the receptionist who would not give me an address or the name of the firm. Washington (funny how they have president's names and foreign accents) gave me 3800 W American Blvd, Minneapolis, MN (American Blvd is in Bloomington). Said that I would need to pay 786.23 or they were going to have me arrested today. I'm waiting :) I will be filing a report with the FBI, FCC, and Attorney General tomorrow. If they get someone developmentally challenged or under a lot of stress, they could possibly get away with this.

They have called me 3 times in 30 minutes. Stating I have criminal charges that are going to filled against me if I don't give them my attorneys information. I will have a warrant issued for my arrest.

called me and asked for my lawyers name and number. once I gave it to them they hung up. I knew it was a scam.

I just received a call they were very rude to me. I knew this was a scam they did the same to me and my fiance and they keep calling bugging about a loan and I need to pay a $1000 when I never took out a loan with anybody. they were very disrespectful with my fiance saying bad things about me to him but he held his own and let them have it. those Indian a***oles are a menace to our society and they should all be brought to justice someday, hopefully soon.

they said if i didnt return their call they "wish me the best of luck bcus the situation will then unfold on me", they also said they turned my legal information into local police and they wuld be arresting me at my house at 8am. they also said i need to stop calling them, when really they are the ones who call me 10+ times a day.

i just got the same phone call, this is crazy, then had the nerve to have me on hold.

This is the same company and they are saying that another company is also filing charges. The company is US Financial Lending Services. They are all the same people just different numbers.

ID as debt collector calling to confirm sue action against myself  had my personal information on hand and wanted to know my attorney's name so they could be cited in the affidavit? request to submit the affidavit directly to myself and this individual just hang up and indicated that was sorry he was trying to help

I had this same person call me at work and at home,, I blocked the number at home. They called me at work , saying I have a lawsuit against me.. Which I know for sure I don't have anything !!!i think they got my number and last 4, of my SS, when I applied for a loan online. They barely spoke English, how can I get them to stop calling my job?

I called them back and called them back and called them back. So much so that they now have blocked my number where I can not call them back. I let them know that I knew they were a scam and that they were criminals. If everyone could do that at the same time the world could tie up thier phone lines and slow thier roll.

I just received same call,at my job, from a lady (April Turner) trying to read legal and criminal charges that are being charged against me. she did have the name of my bank and wanted me to verify the last 4 of my ss. When i started asking questions for documentation she did not want to give anymore info to me, she said i must have my attorney contact her within 30 mins or a sheriff would be at my job to take me and my supervisor to the police station, for further investigation. when i asked for reference/ case # for my attn. to reference when they call back she said to just have them ask for her. Then she started getting rude and said i would just have to wait until i was served and she would no longer answer any questions to me, only to my lawyer. So i called back and asked politely for more info and she was very annoyed and refused to help. So i called again, and the phone # is now blocked from my work phone. So i called from my cell, and that too is blocked. So i called from my friend's phone and when i gave my name they hung up. So i called from another phone, still trying to reach "April" and when i used a different name i was transferred to her (in the legal dpt) and as soon as i started talking she said she just forwarded my info to her attorney.. and i told her, she introduced herself as the attorney, so who did she forward this too.. and she hung up. i will continue to call her until i get more info. ;-)

A Marc Peters called and left a message for me at my job and when i returned the call no one by that name came to phone only a foreigner and another guy and they really were aggressive..I told them I would report them

Same thing happened to me the other day. I called back, asked several questions about the company's name that is filing a "lawsuit against me", my case number,  the phone number to the company which was "U. S. Financial Lending Services.  They even took it a step further to call my job on my work line extention! straight bull!! They didn't give me much information as I continued to ask questions.  They seemed to be really brief every time I returned the favor to call them back and ask more questions about "who is filing against me".  After a while they became very frustrated and discontinued to call. That's when I did my online research to see that it was a scam! I researched "Olson Law Firm" which was a lawfirm that handles, Divorce, Bancrupacy, and other non-credit/debt related issues.. Don't fall victim of this..

Anyone who has been harassed by these jokes,  please use your common sense....  one of these goofs calls me every week or so...  the script is exactly the same...  they always finish with; " now, if you don't return my call or I don't hear from your attorney,  all I can do is wish you good luck as the cricumstances unfold against you ".....  what legitimate collection firm uses that kind of language?!
Please people....  think!   The call never has anything specific...  the " law " firm rarely gives it's name and when it does,  as soon as you Google it,  it's no where to be found...  and everyone one of them is named " Frank Jones or Joe Smith " and they sound like they're calling you from downtown Delhi.....    SCAM, folks.  SCAM.    

Call and threatened me that a lawsuit is pending against that I received a loan and did not pay it back. The amount I owe was over $7000. I know that I have not taken out a loan and told them that I have the bank statement to prove it. He told me that the bank statements will not do me any help in court. That is a lie. Bank statement from the bank are proof enough. They told me they were going to contact my employer and all previous emplyment. I have had them call me every three to six months for the same thing. Nothing has ever happened to me. I have never been arrested. I do what the above says and they quit calling.  All you have to do is a search for payday loans. Thats how they get you.

No don't be worried. That's what they want. If your scarred then you're a victim and they win. Do as the first post said and they will go on to some other unsuspecting soul unfortunately. I just got through dealing with them and they reacted just as I was told they would. They hung up and never even bothered to say bye lol. they are voltures and only want your money. So stay strong and all will be well

Same call confirmed last 4 ss and name than hung up - they called me back abs said don't hang up on me you'll be behind bars - should I be worried at all?
